Position/Assignment Purpose The purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive mechanical design, review and test services using principles in mechanics, material science, physics and heat transfer to support R&D activities in new product development, maintenance of the line and manufacturing test projects. Position/Assignment Summary The Designer, Mechanical is responsible to study the mechanical design requirements specified for each new product and deploy legacy/innovative approaches to integrate them seamlessly into the final product design. This position requires high level of proficiency in computer-aided software to plan and develop mechanical models and layouts. This position assures design feasibility and robustness by designing customized testing methods, performing critical dimensions checks, confirming fabrication and assembly processes. This position prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends in a timely manner. This position needs to maintain a comprehensive record for all mechanical related activities to ensure complete traceability in accordance to ISO standards. He/she works as a close liaison to bridge internal R&D teams and external PCB/parts suppliers to ensure the final mechanical design fully meets the project requirements. This position is responsible to follow-up with parts suppliers on design for manufacturability (DFM) reports. This position also supports product reliability testing activities. Key Accountabilities/Statement of Work 1. Perform mechanical part design for embedded wireless products 20% 2. Collaborate with the project team to capture mechanical design requirements and integrate them accurately into the part design 10% 3. Generate and maintains designs in Creo/Intralinks 10% 4. Interface with suppliers to obtain design feedback and cost quotations for parts and tooling within deadlines 10% 5. Keep a proper record of all mechanical design activities to ensure complete traceability 10% 6. Complete and publish thermal study report for every new project 10% 7. Ensure factory issues with the design are resolved in a timely manner 5% 8. Support product reliability testing activities such as HALT testing, sample preparation, test setup, accessories preparation, results documentation and sample storage 25% Required Education, Experience and Competencies 1. Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering 2. At least 3 years of experience in product design, preferably electronic products 3. Demonstrated expertise in the design of parts and assemblies for new products with high level of attention to detail 4. Experienced with designing for high volume manufacturing and coordinating DFMs with suppliers 5. Proficient in creating a wide range of mechanical documentation including detailed drawings using Creo/Intralink, mechanical design reviews, assembly guidelines etc. 6. Knowledge of ECAD functionality in Creo/Intralink to transfer constraints for PCB outline and assembly design 7. Knowledge of sheetmetal part design, RF shielding, connectors, and statistical tolerance analysis 8. Knowledge of latest Y14.5 Dimensioning and Tolerancing standard 9. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with customers and suppliers 10. Proficient with Windows and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 11. Require occasionally travels to manufacturing facilities subcontracted by Sierra Wireless, non- local testing laboratories and mechanical component suppliers 12. Familiar with a wide range of RF or reliability testing equipment (radio communication tester, oscilloscope, network analyzer, ESD tester, climatic chamber, power meter, power supply etc.)

Job Summary: As part of our Asia Engineering Hub, we are seeking ATE Test Engineer to support our Signal Integrity Products group. In this role, you will develop and implement test solutions for our point-to-point transfer of high-speed data in optical communication, broadcast television, and professional AV markets. You will collaborate closely with other engineers from design, product and characterization teams to ensure product performance, quality, and reliability meet the highest standards. Responsibilities: • Work on NPI development from small volume sample to mass production release • Develop Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programs and hardware for production testing, primarily on the Advantest V93000 platform • Analyze electrical specifications from device datasheets to create ATE test plans • Create probe and final test schematics, and design/optimize test hardware • Collect and analyze device performance data and help establish test limits through temperature characterization • Manage production test programs at manufacturing sites • Identify and drive test time and test cost reductions, and well as yield improvement projects

Job Summary: As part of our Asia Engineering Hub, we are seeking a Product Lifecycle Engineer to join our Engineering team within the Signal Integrity Product Group. This role will support the management of products throughout their lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) to sustaining engineering. The Product Lifecycle Engineer will work cross-functionally with design, product, characterization, and manufacturing teams to ensure product quality, yield, and performance while driving cost and efficiency improvements. Responsibilities: • Work on product lifecycle management activities in APAC from NPI stage through mass production • Analyze product performance, yield, and reliability data to identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with Test Engineers to help optimize test programs for efficiency and cost reduction • Support failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action implementation for customer returns and production-related issues • Collaborate with design and process teams to resolve performance, yield, and quality issues during manufacturing • Contribute to strategies that improve product margins, including test time reduction and yield optimization • Perform qualification of product/process changes and their implementation into production

Position/Assignment Summary: Ensure the office premises are in proper and smooth running according to the facility management process and provide quality office administration and general service. Key Accountabilities/Statement of Work: 1. Provide general office administrative and support services to ensure smooth daily operations, including managing office supplies, pantry replenishment, stationery orders, office premises maintenance, and general equipment. (10%) 2. Manage the office access control system to maintain security and safety within the premises. (10%) 3. Maintain administrative records in compliance with ISO and SOX standards, and support audits related to office administration.(10%) 4. Assist in the selection and coordination of service providers and vendors for office management needs.(10%) 5. Support onboarding of new hires, including access card issuance, seat assignment, name tags, business cards, and other setup tasks.(10%) 6. Answer and manage incoming calls and general inquiries to the office. (10%) 7. Organize business unit-related office activities such as visitor registration, team event planning, and preparing hardware and onboarding essentials for new hires. (10%) 8. Provide administrative support to team members, including directing new hires to shared resources (e.g., SharePoint), facilitating interdepartmental coordination, managing purchase and payment processes, and organizing meeting logistics and international visitor arrangements. (10%) 9. Coordinate import and export shipments as needed, and provide support for logistics-related matters when required (10%) 10. Assist the Taipei teams in raising purchase requisitions through SAP to fulfill office operational needs.
