The key role of the Insight Manager is to manage quantitative, qualitative and community research projects, with the supervision of senior researchers. Key Responsibilities [Project Management] - You are the project owner for several smaller tactical projects which are taking place simultaneously, with little direction from seniors. - You play a supporting role on larger strategic projects. - Your cross department relationships are an example to junior consultants. [Activity Design] - You lead on deciding the best approach and ideas for capturing the data needed. - You can design most types of Activities with only light direction from seniors. [Fieldwork] - You are a confident moderator. - You are capable of going beyond taking what people say at face value, laddering to understand the unspoken and emotion, that sit deeper. - Able to evaluate the status of survey fieldwork and make decisions facilitating fieldwork progress (e.g. regarding modification of quotas). [Analysis and Reporting] - You are able to analyze any Activity data. - You take the lead in designing an analysis plan, which you use to brief others (e.g. PST, external moderator, etc.). For more complex projects, you can do this with only light direction from seniors. - You create reports that are commercially savvy, which include your growing experience with the client / category / sector. - Your outputs are client ready (including conclusions and recommendations) before getting final input from seniors. - You ensure that relevant insights from other sources (e.g. Culture and Trends, client data) are brought in at key points in the process to add value. [Solution Design] - You can interpret a client's information needs, and are able to translate them into overall project design and deciding on the right Activities and Solutions to use. For complex projects, you do this with the support from seniors. - You are able to spot opportunities to incorporate solutions beyond primary research (e.g. Culture +Trends, crowdsourcing through eÿeka, etc.). [Presenting] - You regularly give presentations to clients, with support from seniors. - You are involved in the preparation of client workshops / brainstorms and attend in a supportive role. [Account Management] - You are an independent client handler. - You can build good working relationships with clients, and have learnt to flex your style as needed. - You are attentive to their needs, whilst balancing the commercial needs of the business and maintaining good relationships with those you work with internally. - You are involved in the presenting of NTMY meetings with clients. - You are building your client network outside of the insight team. [Growth Marketing] - You are becoming a master of your client’s sector (e.g. what their key business topics and KPIs are). - You share internal content with your own network (in a targeted and personalized way) and support the account with this too. - You also start creating your own content too (e.g. blogposts, client case studies etc.). [Commercial Management] - You are becoming aware of your commercial skillset and how you can compliment other assets in the team. - You are getting experience with the customer relationship platforms needed to manage your accounts (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365). - You understand our unique selling arguments of the tools / methods / solutions we offer and how we position vs. competitors. - You commit to the principle of a client facing target, beyond project interactions. - Your business financial acumen continues to grow and you take ownership of your contribution to the financials on a project. Involved in the brainstorming for and (co-)writing of proposals for simple projects. - You actively participate in smaller / simple sales pitches. - You are proactively looking to support the (Sr) Business Director, to gain experience in reaching out to new clients.

The Senior Insight Consultant is a part of a team of enthusiastic marketers and researchers that are determined to empower people to shape the future of brands. Through passion for data and consumer insights, the Senior Insight Consultant inspires marketers of cool companies. The Senior Insight Consultant is responsible for performing marketing analyses and consulting projects based on extensive quantitative and qualitative market research data, working closely with other Research Managers and Project Managers across our offices. [Qualifications and/or Educational Requirements ] *Education level - A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social sciences, psychology, business, or natural sciences). *Experience - At least 2 years of experience as researcher, working other research or consulting companies. [Responsibilities and Duties ] Initially, the Senior Insight Consultant focuses on data analysis and full reporting: based on gathered market research data, conducts analyses and co-designs insightful reports with actionable recommendations that support our clients in their strategic decision-making process. Works closely with Insight Managers that coaches and trains directly, and in close contact with national as well as international clients to deliver high-value content and services. Depending on the interest and evolution, The Senior Insight Consultant will be involved gradually in the complete set-up, organization, and execution of market research studies. The Senior Insight Consultant builds experience and gradually becomes responsible for complete methodologies (e.g. sampling, survey design, etc.) and gains project management responsibility. The Senior Insight Consultant gains experience and knowledge in a broad range of marketing domains (e.g. product innovation, branding, communication testing…) by means of on-the-job training as well as explicit training in the Human8 Academy. At a more senior level, The Senior Insight Consultant will be supported in developing commercial client contacts, and in due time will develop and maintain a client portfolio and get account management responsibilities.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Taipei! As part of a multi-disciplinary team, we are looking for someone to manage projects from initial set-up documentation to preparing client-ready deliverables. They will be responsible for catering the set-up and execution of research and activation projects. Within the team, the Junior Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the execution of all research and activation projects. They are involved in all steps of the process, from briefing the implementation team to following up on final deliverables, and acts as a key contact person. [Responsibilities] •Able to independently handle medium complexity projects successfully. Understand the content and are able to efficiently transpose these to a team effort. •Accountable and responsible for the timely implementation of research and activation projects. Following a standard methodology (e.g., 1 methodology, etc.) or scope (e.g., easy target group, involvement of trusted parties, etc.). For these projects, the Project Manager is the primary point of contact to answer questions and follow-up requests from people involved in the project execution (internal project service team, external moderators & freelancers, etc.). •Has a good understanding of the project specifications (background, objectives, approach, etc.) and challenge the consultant team where needed. •Effective communication with key stakeholders and deliver progress updates. •Able to meet deadlines. •Collaborate with the consultant team and advise how to improve the research experience of consumers and effectively problem solve. •Understand our client's needs and expectations. •Database Management. •Run final quality checks of the online implementation of all projects and ensure a smooth participant experience for all projects. •Budget Management.
