【KEY RESPONSIBILITIES】 • Responsible to establish, enhance, and support performance optimization and performance reporting • Monitor key performance indicators to determine the overall health and performance of assets • Collection, management, verification and further analysis and evaluation of turbine SCADA data that is collected via various turbine systems • Collection, management, verification and further analysis and evaluation of BoP SCADA data that is collected via various BoP systems • Identify technical issues affecting both turbine performance and the overall performance of the windfarm, recommend solutions and review their effectiveness to support the broader optimisation of wind farm performance. • Provide support to the Asset and Operations and Maintenance team to resolve the faults, reliability and efficiency issues detected. • Development of diagnostic and predictive analysis methods using Python, R, MATLAB or other scripting languages to quantify, analyse and track wind farm performance • Support to help early identification of potential turbine component failures. • Prepare and support the site-specific routine analysis/reporting with regards to the mentioned scope. • Support the reliability test and power curve test analysis • Responsible for the identification of new performance management areas to be supported with new analytics • Carrying out Proof of Concepts • Ensuring that value generating Proof of Concepts are implemented in the organisation • Accountable for making sure that solutions are being documented and processes around them are established • Ensure that availability warranties are monitored and evaluated to ensure a prompt and successful resolution of issues with contractors • Support in conducting regular commercial reporting on contractual and commercial matter • Ensure contractor’s commercial performance and improve when necessary • Ensure that the regular commercial/contractual reporting to the CEO and shareholders is automated and integrated to the maximum extent possible • Coordinate with internal stakeholders 【QUALIFICATIONS & KEY SKILLS】 • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science educations, physics, engineering and/or mathematical studies or possess similar analyst skills obtained through work experience (+5 Years) • Experience working Performance Management of asset preferably within the offshore industry • Excellent understanding of SCADA data and energy production method • Proficient in Python or other similar programming languages • Having a track record of delivering value adding Business Intelligence solutions • Used to develop and deliver analysis with a short time to market • Experience in delivering into all phases of the process from problem identification to solution finalization • Solid analyst background and have a commercial mindset and the ability to work independently. • Proficient in programming • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) • Innovative • Systematically in solving issues • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) • Tenacious self-starter, professional, organized and process driven • Able to work independently • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude • Knowledge of data mining, troubleshooting, and reporting • Experience with data analysis, design, database, and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau) • Must be comfortable working with large amounts of data

The Project Surveyor will be responsible for reviewing all data submitted by Contractors and identifying any areas of concern. In this capacity, you shall take on a broad package of tasks, including but not limited to the following: 【Key Responsibilities】 ・Review Contractor survey and positioning procedures. ・Work with Installation Managers to establish Contractor deliverables across all packages in close cooperation with GIS engineer. 【About the Role】 As a Site Based Onshore Substation MEP Commissioning Manger, , you will be part of the Onshore Substation Execution Team and Commissioning Team on the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. Reporting directly to the Package Manager Onshore Substation and Lead Commissioning Manager. You will provide hands on support to the EPCI Contractor leading the site supervisor towards installation of Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (MEP) systems and components whilst managing the interfaces challenges which arise from contractors and sub-contractors. 【About the Role】 As the WTG Commissioning Engineer, you will be part of the WTG Package team of the Hai Long Offshore Wind Project. You will be based on the WTG Contractor’s Commissioning vessel on a rotation basis, which is planned be based out of Taichung Port, Taiwan and report to the WTG Commissioning Manager. This role requires high collaboration between the WTG Package, the WTG Contractor and other contractors working on the WTG or on the Contractor’s Marine Spread. You should be able to take on a variety of tasks and subjects, as well as work flexibly with the project as it moves through the different phases, in order to support in delivering the WTG Package. 【About the Role】 We are seeking an experienced High and Medium Voltage (HV/MV) Supervisor to oversee the design, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operation/maintenance of offshore wind onshore substation equipment. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations while maintaining quality and performance targets. The HV/MV supervisor will support the EPCI Contractors towards achieving their commissioning activities through the project construction final stages and give advice, instructions and supervision ensuring safety from the High/Medium Voltage electrical system and protection system are achieved. You will also oversee the installation and Commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical equipment from a client perspective like MTR, GIS, VSR, power cable Harmonic Filter and Protection Relay etc. 【Key Responsibilities】 In this capacity, you shall take on a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to the following: DESIGN & ENGINEERING - Collaborate with design teams to review and approve HV/MV system designs, ensuring compliance with local grid codes and international standards. - Provide technical expertise in the selection of transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and other substation equipment. - Ensure proper integration of SCADA, protection, and control systems for grid compliance. FABRICATION & PROCUREMENT - Supervise the manufacturing and factory acceptance testing (FAT) of electrical equipment. - Ensure quality control measures are met during the fabrication of substation components. - Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project specifications. INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING - Oversee site installation activities, ensuring alignment with design documents and safety requirements. - Conduct and supervise site acceptance testing (SAT) and system integration testing (SIT), and functional verification of HV/MV equipment. - Ensure proper power system protection relay setting coordination and protection scheme validation before energization. - Coordinate with local utilities and stakeholders for successful grid connection. OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for HV/MV systems. - Supervise troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of electrical components to minimize downtime. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures during maintenance activities. - Train and mentor maintenance personnel on HV/MV system operations.
