At beflo, we design the future of home and work. We are looking for a forward-thinking Industrial Designer who is passionate about merging design, technology, and user experience. This role will focus on developing smart furniture and home tech products that are both beautiful and intelligent. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Job Responsibilities: • Design smart furniture and home appliance products that embody beflo’s minimalist aesthetic and functional innovation. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and on-brand. • Research emerging trends in smart homes, user behaviors, materials, and interaction design — and turn insights into meaningful products. • Benchmark global competitors and identify innovation opportunities in smart furniture and lifestyle products. • Conceptualize and visualize tech-related accessories that extend beflo’s smart ecosystem. • Support product content creation and visuals for marketing assets, packaging, and website updates. • Contribute to other design and strategy initiatives as needed. <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Requirements: • 3+ years of industrial/product design experience. • Strong skills in CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, KeyShot, etc.). • Familiar with manufacturing processes, especially for furniture, home appliances, or consumer electronics. • Passionate about tech and user-centered design — with a sharp eye for detail and materials. • Able to think across systems: physical products, user interactions, packaging, and digital touchpoints. • Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal). • Proactive, independent, with a playful but professional spirit — humor welcome.

We’re now looking for a Project Manager who can help us bring clarity and structure to our cross-functional teams — from product design to marketing execution. You will own and operate our internal collaboration systems (especially Monday.com), drive timelines across teams, and ensure our beautiful ideas turn into shippable, delightful products — on time, and on point. What You'll Do 1. Own Project Planning & Tracking Set up and manage detailed project plans using Monday.com, from product development to marketing deliverables. Track progress, set deadlines, and proactively flag delays or blockers. 2. Cross-Team Coordination Act as the central hub between product, design, marketing, logistics, and customer support. Keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward — even when plans change. 3. Workflow Optimization Continuously refine how we use Monday.com, set up automations, templates, dashboards, and tagging systems that bring clarity, not clutter. Identify recurring friction points and help us operate better, faster, smarter. 4. Communication & Accountability Run effective check-ins, standups, and retrospectives with internal and external teams. Make sure everyone knows what's expected and when — without micromanaging. 5. Support Product Delivery Collaborate with the product lead and creative team to turn concepts into launch-ready products.
