1. Quality Philosophy Integration: Deeply understand SU Group's philosophy on quality and integrate this understanding into the QA activities within SWEAP (TW). 2. Policy Implementation: Execute quality-related policies to ensure compliance with product quality standards. 3. Quality Issue Management: Lead the investigation and resolution of quality issues, including consumer feedback. Collaborate with the QA departments of each brand owner company to ensure timely responses. 4. Customer Data Analysis: Analyze customer information and apply insights to risk mitigation, development of customer center Q&A, and product development. 5. Testing and Evaluation Support: Assist in implementing policies, operating procedures, quality systems, and programs that ensure appropriate testing, evaluation, inspection, and technical support to meet product quality standards. 6. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge, skills, and information across the QA team and functional areas. 7. Meeting Participation: Attend and actively participate in all relevant meetings. 8. Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as directed by the Senior QA Manager. 9. Execution: Plan, compile, and document all activities above. Obtain the necessary approvals and execute them efficiently.

• Lead the integration and optimization of multiple customer service centers to ensure service consistency and cost efficiency • Establish unified KPIs and regularly monitor the performance of customer service centers • Lead and track the progress of internal projects within customer service teams to improve service quality • Drive the standardization of the QC program across centers to ensure consistency and operational excellence • Streamline customers' voice collection processes to enhance responsiveness, enabling rapid analysis of customer feedback and the agile adjustment of initiatives • Participate in cross-functional projects to help achieve overall company goals
