• Take responsibility for project management before and after the construction phases, focusing on existing projects. • Identify and resolve operational issues to minimize delays. • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure the company receives services of satisfactory standards. • Contribute to the improvement and development of overall project risk management by establishing plans, policies, and programs; monitor and evaluate risk areas. • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive projects forward, ensuring proper integration and alignment with company goals. • Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategies, adjustments, and progress. • Lead and manage commissioning tests to ensure successful operations and readiness for project handover. • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support overall project and departmental goals.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer or Civil Engineer with expertise in renewable energy background. This role involves collaborating with subcontractors on the design and development of renewable energy systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all engineering aspects of renewable energy projects are completed to the highest standards, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and within project timelines. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities • Collaborate closely with contractors to review technical specifications, drawings, and project deliverables, ensuring alignment with project requirements. • Coordinate the execution of all phases of the project, from design through construc-tion to commissioning, aligning it closely with project milestones, resulting in on-time project delivery. • Ensuring that all work meets both internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges related to design, construction, schedules, and costs by implementing effective measures to mitigate risks. • Evaluate feasibility, provide technical support and make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems.
