一、管理制度與流程整合 協助整合與標準化公司各部門工作流程，提升內部營運效率。 協助規劃及推動公司管理規章制度，並追蹤執行情況，確保制度落實。 二、跨部門／跨國行政協調 負責安排公司內部及跨部門會議（含國外會議），進行通知、會議記錄與決議事項追蹤。 處理公司各部門及海外事業體之行政事務整合。 負責行政報表彙整與高階管理層彙報資料整理。 需能以全英文進行會議溝通與文件處理。 三、專案推動與進度控管 協助總經理掌握各項專案進度，進行時程管理與資源協調。 與各部門團隊密切合作，確保專案如期執行與目標達成。 四、產品與客服支援 協助處理客戶於產品（系統）使用上之問題回覆與協助。 支援系統功能測試、資料驗證與數據查核作業。 五、人力資源行政協助 協助人員招募、面試安排、任用程序及人資文件建檔。 協助維護員工基本資料、出缺勤紀錄、績效考核紀錄等人資相關文件。 六、其他交辦任務 執行總經理交辦之其他行政或策略性任務，視需要協助公司重要營運事項。 條件需求： 邏輯清晰、抗壓性佳，具備良好執行力與跨部門協調能力。 中英文流利，能獨立與海外團隊進行全英文會議與業務溝通。 熟悉行政作業流程與專案協作，有人力資源相關經驗者尤佳。 具備良好時間管理能力，能同時處理多項任務。 工作時間： 正常上班時間：10:00 - 19:00 需接受輪值制度： 晚間值班：晚上 19:00 - 22:00（輪流排班） 假日值班：上午 10:00 - 晚上 22:00（輪流排班）
