Chef originally from Tuscany began his career in Italy, work in Milan to some starred chefs such as Matteo Torretta and Andrea Berton where he deepened his knowledge of Nordic Italian cuisine and the passion for risotto, Also with starred chef Antonio Guida, who he still considers his mentor. Chef Giuseppe Mancino for his star cuisine of southern Italy and work with chef Alain Ducasse where he deepened the culture of French cuisine. Chef Iacopo was the Head Chef of the Four Seasons Hotel in Tianjin and lead the Italian restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental hotel Taipei, where he obtaining a plate for the Michelin guide and Gambero Rosso forks. FRASSI presents the spirit of traditional Italian cuisine with contemporary fine dining; set menu created with combines modern style with Italian classicism and contemporary, offering exquisite cuisine full of chef's ingenuity and delicate service to create a unique dining experience. We are looking for motivate staff, with skills in Michelin start restaurants in Taiwan of oversea, fine dining restaurants and high-class background.
