(1) 台灣國內/海外客戶接單業務 a.接收來自台灣國內/海外客戶的訂單（PO 接收、根據生產/庫存狀況調整交貨日期、準備/安排出貨指示） b.出貨相關的文書工作（產品標籤管理、發出品質檢驗單等） c.在公司內部系統中登記訂單 (包括庫存管理和發行請款發票)。 (2) 海外出貨作業 a.處理日常出貨、公司內部及與外部（海外收貨人、貨運代理）的客戶關係，以及安排出貨。 b.準備出貨文件（Invoice、P/L 等） 3)合約外包商採購進貨業務 a.從合約外包商進行採購工作（核對報價、發出 PO）。 b.公司系統中進行採購入庫登打作業（包括收據處理和發票確認）。 4) 與合約外包商協調生產計劃 a.安排和協調生產計劃，以滿足代理商和業務收到的需求。 5) 原材料供應商管理工作 a.根據最新的生產計劃，進行原材料供應商的管理（包括一些數量和價格的談判）。 b.尋找新的供應商，並就條款和條件進行談判。 6) 銷售支援 a.編製每月銷售和成本數據報表。 要求。 - 具備製造業 SCM 相關作業、採購經驗 - 具有商用程度日語（或英語）的語言能力。

Job Duties: 1. Negotiate and discuss with domestic suppliers including the following items a. Product issue in customer b. Product spec. tightening c. Process improvement/Facility upgrade d. PCN project execution, Progress Management e. Other related QA events. 2. Collect necessary information (problem understanding/customer requirement/root cause) of the above customer requests precisely. 3. Explain customer request and discuss with QC/QA Dep./Manufacturing Dep in Taiwan/Japan 4. Raw material supplier control a. Contact new raw material suppliers for QC/QA-related items. b. Assists with on-site supplier audits, sets specifications with vendors, and oversees supplier continuous quality improvement. 5. Strong time management and or ganization skills are required. 6. Good presentation skills,self-motivation,easy to work within a group environment. 7. Quick problem-solving skills,communication in-depth with suppliers, vendors, and internal/external customers. 8. Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality Control, EHS, Logistics, Sales, and other groups on various projects. 9. Make suggestions to management for improving this position or work processes. 10. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process Engineer to support slurry development by managing defect inspection and analysis using KLA SP and Review SEM. This role plays a key part in ensuring slurry performance meets advanced semiconductor requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1.Operate and maintain KLA SP inspection tools for detecting slurry-related defects. 2.Conduct Review SEM analysis to classify defects and support root cause investigations. 3.Collaborate with slurry R&D teams to provide timely defect feedback and improve formulations. 4.Correlate inspection results with process parameters to support development decisions. 5.Prepare reports and share findings in English with internal and customer teams. 6.Ensure inspection and analysis meet quality standards and customer requirements (e.g., TSMC). Qualifications: ・Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. ・Experience with KLA SP or similar inspection systems. ・Familiarity with SEM operation and basic defect classification. ・Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written). ・Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an R&D setting. Preferred Qualifications: ・Hands-on experience with Ebara CMP tools is a strong plus. ・Basic understanding of CMP processes and slurry characteristics. ・Experience supporting semiconductor customers such as TSMC is an advantage.
