A part-time trial period working on our product The purpose of the part-time trial period is to give both you and us a better understanding of how we work together. If we feel you're a good fit after this period, we will invite you to join us as a full-time employee. The trial period typically lasts about 1–2 months. During the part-time period, we hope you can commit around 10 hours per week. However, this is flexible and negotiable. You will be compensated on an hourly basis. The standard rate is between 2,000 and 3,000 JPY/hour, but it may be higher depending on your skills. As a full-time employee, you can choose whether to work from Japan or remotely. If you wish to work in Japan but do not currently have a work visa, you can begin working remotely from your current location while we assist you in applying for a visa.
