The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for project planning, supervise execution and production deployment to ensure product launch success and potentially work /communicate with the clients. We are looking for a result /process orientated PM who understands what it takes to coordinate a multi-faceted project, and drive to make things happen. Responsibilities: .Lead and manage project execution, and is responsible for project deliverable . Collaborate with team members to identify customer/ business requirements. . Develop and present proposals, updates, issues and findings to senior management inclusive of suggestions, risk mitigation, analysis and action plans . Responsible for project planning, design review, supervise execution and production deployment to ensure product launch success .Coordinate project resource, and develop project schedule .Track and report on project progress, risk, resource and schedules .Develop and document descriptions of assigned projects/products along with task-level project plans to arrange external partners and cross-function teams .Develop and maintain strong professional relations with project team and stakeholders .Facilitate cross functional communication, collect stakeholder feedback and manage expectations .Review the delivered results and project team's performance, and adapt as necessary .Well engage and communicate with the clients accordingly .Ensure to listen actively to others for understanding perspective continuously regardless of communication audience or channel. .Present new processes and ideas to improve productivity and performance

JD As a software QA engineer, you will be responsible for developing test plans and test cases, performing tests, issuing bugs, generating reports and tracking issues to ensure the quality of products. 1.Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. 2. Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback 3.Test current products and identify deficiencies. 4.Suggest solutions to identified product problems 5.Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction 6.Plan, create and manage the overall quality planning strategy 7.Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution 8. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities 加分條件 1. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes 2. Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases 3. Proficient in programming using Python, Bash; Programming knowledge in Java,Nodejs or expect is a plus 4. BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
