Northland Power is a power producer dedicated to developing, building, owning and operating clean and green global power infrastructure assets in Asia, Europe, Latin America and North America. Our facilities produce electricity from clean-burning natural gas and renewable resources such as wind, and solar. We have a long track record of 35 years in business. Established in 1987, we are one of Canada's first independent power producers that has achieved a remarkable growth trajectory. Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, with global offices in eight countries, Northland owns or has an economic interest in 3 GW (net 2.6 GW) of operating generating capacity and a significant inventory of early to mid-stage development opportunities encompassing approximately 20 GW of potential capacity. Publicly traded since 1997, our common shares trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol NPI. Our senior leadership and management have over 200 years of combined experience in the energy industry. Our 1,339 employees work out of the Toronto Corporate office and at our various global offices, project sites and operating facilities.

Northland Power owns or has an economic interest in 3 GW (net 2.6 GW) of operating generating capacity. The Company also has a significant inventory of projects in construction and in various stages of development encompassing over 20 GW of potential capacity. Some of our current projects under construction and in development include: • 130 MW of generating capacity under construction, representing the La Lucha solar project in Mexico • 220 MW of on-shore wind under construction and advanced development in New York State (Ball Hill and Bluestone) • 130 MW of solar capacity under development in Colombia representing the Suba solar project • A 60% equity stake in the 1,044 MW Hai Long offshore wind project off the coast of Taiwan • A 49% equity stake in the up to 1,200 MW Baltic Power project off the coast of Poland.
