【Introduction】 We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HSE Manager to oversee and manage all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) aspects at a chemical plant construction site. 【Location】 台北- 新店、中和、北投 【Summary】 我們的客戶以醫療為養護基礎的智慧應用科技技術,降低繁瑣所可能產生的人為缺失與分散照護者的心力風險 【The role will be responsible for】 1. 日照個案收托及管理評估; 2. 個案用藥、疾病管理; 3. 緊急/意外傷害應變處理、簡易傷口照護換藥等; 4. 個案健康管理及定期護理需求評估,擬訂照護計畫並執行相關紀錄; 5. 執行健康促進活動及家屬衛教、護理諮詢; 6. 指導照顧服務員長者照顧與技巧; 7. 感染控制與預防; 8. 協助機構評鑑相關事宜; 9. 行政會議參與及其他主管交辦事項。 ※ 如有護理師管理經驗者,會適過往經歷背景確認是否符合護理長的角色 【The role will have】 1. 具長照人員Level 1證書。 2. 有長照機構工作經驗者佳。 3. 主動積極、有耐心、可接受現場照顧工作。 4. 有意願接受管理職培訓成為獨當一面的業務負責人者尤佳。 【What's on offer】 -具備競爭力的薪資報酬 -高度發展性的產業前景以及開明的團隊文化

【Location】 台北- 汐止區、文山區、中和區、板橋區 台中- 清水區、西屯區 彰化- 田尾區、田中區 台南- 佳里區、柳營 【Summary】 我們的客戶以醫療為養護基礎的智慧應用科技技術,降低繁瑣所可能產生的人為缺失與分散照護者的心力風險 【The role will be responsible for】 1. 領導所有工作人員,執行照護及各項行政業務。 2. 擬定、督導並執行年度工作計畫。 3. 行銷及業務聯繫。 4. 日照中心品質管理、教育訓練,風險預防與危機處理。 5. 參與機構內外各項會議 6. 機構內各項設施設備維護 7. 年度機構評鑑及考核相關事宜 8. 負責相關業務的協調與聯繫。 9. 督導工作人員的工作成效,評值與協助解決。 10. 參與長照需求者照顧之相關研討。 【The role will have】 具備以下任一資格: 1. 日照中心實務工作經驗2年以上。 2. 或具備長照機構業務負責人經驗1年以上。 3. 護理師2年或護士4年臨床相關經驗。 4. 社工師相關長照經驗2年以上。 【What's on offer】 -具備競爭力的薪資報酬 -高度發展性的產業前景以及開明的團隊文化
