Job Description

• First- and Second-Line IT Support – Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT issues related to Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and general IT infrastructure.
• Microsoft 365 Administration – Support and configure Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, security policies, and license management.
• Azure Troubleshooting – Assist with Azure Virtual Machines (VMs) and virtual server-related issues.
• Security & Compliance Support – Implement MFA, device security policies, and compliance configurations to ensure secure IT environments.
• Collaboration Tools Support – Help users troubleshoot Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint for seamless business operations.
• Hardware & Software Troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix issues with Windows devices, printers, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Own the Problem Until It's Solved – Take full responsibility for IT issues, ensuring they are resolved effectively without unnecessary escalations.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing – Maintain support documentation and assist colleagues by sharing insights and solutions.
• Continuous Learning & Certification – We expect you to grow in your role—pursuing Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, or similar) is a must.

Requested Profile

• Local Taiwanese/ Taiwan ARC / Working VISA / Taiwan Resident VISA (Taiwanese Working VISA is not provided)
• Technical IT Skills – Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting common IT issues.
• 1-3 years' experience in IT support (first and/or second line), helpdesk, or system administration.
• Microsoft Certifications (MS-102, AZ-104, or similar) are highly preferred – If you don’t have them yet, you must be willing to obtain them.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written)
• Cantonese is a plus for HK-based candidates. (會能說流利的廣東話加分)
