About Glossika Glossika’s mission is to enable anyone to learn any language in the world effectively. You’ll be building interfaces for Glossika and Viva (on both web apps and mobile apps) and helping us brainstorm how we can deliver more value to our users. Responsibilities - Collaborate with product managers and developers to create new products, design new features, and optimize existing features — all in a way that is aligned with company branding - Help to define and improve the interfaces and user experiences on Glossika/Viva - Create deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc) to help communicate ideas - Set up and track product metrics to learn which UI/UX features users do/don’t like & optimize accordingly Interview Process - Round 1 | Initial Interview (30 minutes): A quick session to assess your fit with our team and answer any questions about our company, products, and team culture. - Round 2 | Meet with our designers (60 minutes) - Round 3 | Team Interaction and Compensation Conversation (45 minutes): The final round includes meeting team members, followed by a discussion about your compensation package. Requirements - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on software development experience. - Experienced in managing iOS, Android, and web apps. - Proficient in spoken and written English/Chinese. - Attention to detail, highly self-driven, and results-oriented. - Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and articulate product requirements clearly and concisely in both written documentation and verbal presentations. - Experience in successfully launching new products/features. Good to have - Experience in Scrum. - Experience with learning foreign languages. - Experience with subscription-based business models.
