我們正在尋找一位創意藝術總監來主導品牌創意專案,透過遠端協助,建立並定義品牌識別。
您將成為一支極具才華的團隊的一員,透過卓越的創意能力提升品牌形象。
您將與平面設計師及行銷團隊其他成員密切合作,跨越多種渠道、語言與文化,創造引人入勝的內容。
【職位說明】
-負責新產品發表與行銷活動在不同渠道的創意方向,包括社群媒體、網站、電子郵件、外部平台、行動應用程式、付費廣告與印刷製作等,確保內容能反映在全球不同產品與市場中的形象
-管理全球及區域行銷團隊提出的平面設計專案需求
-為社群平台(特別是 LinkedIn、Facebook、Instagram 和 YouTube)發想具吸引力的創意內容
-確保各項創意執行能準時交付
-與內部設計團隊緊密協作,確保所有創意產出與品牌風格一致
-積極探索新興趨勢,為品牌主導的活動提供強而有力的創意發想
-協助拓展創意內容組合,如創作 Instagram、YouTube、TikTok 的內容,並運用創意工具如 AR/VR/UIUX/影片自動化/音效/體驗式內容等
-從 TikTok、Instagram 等平台的內容中汲取靈感並應用於實際創作中
【職位要求】
-擁有設計、美術或其他相關領域的學士學位
-至少具備 4 年以上創意與品牌設計的專業經驗
-能獨立執行創意任務,同時具備良好的團隊合作能力
-若對品牌系統有深厚的技術知識將為加分項
-若熟悉金融科技交易與加密貨幣市場將為加分項
-能適應快節奏的工作環境,思維敏捷
-必須具備藝術指導(Art Direction)的專業能力
-有管理傳統與數位行銷/廣告活動從構想到執行的經驗
-擁有豐富創意思維,熟悉流行文化及新興的數位/社群趨勢與科技
-精通影片剪輯軟體,例如 Adobe Premiere Pro 或 After Effects
-熟悉現代行動應用程式的內容剪輯,如 Adobe Premiere Rush、Splice、InShot 或 Canva
-擅長Adobe Illustrator、Photoshop 與 InDesign 進行照片編輯
-若有 UI/UX 設計經驗並熟悉 Sketch、Adobe XD、InVision Studio 等工具,將為加分項
-能在壓力下有效管理工作並具備高度的獨立作業能力
-英文流利,若能與中文母語者溝通,將是極大優勢

We are looking for a Creative Art Director to oversee our brand’s creative projects
and you will be part of a highly talented team, working to elevate the brand through creative excellence.
You will work closely with graphic designers and other members in the Marketing team to deliver engaging content across multiple channels, languages and cultures.
Job Description
•Involve in creative direction on development for new launches and campaigns across different channels, including social media, websites, emails, external sites, mobile app, paid advertising and print production, which reflect the identity of our brand globally; across different products and local markets
•Manage graphic design projects for global and regional marketing team requests.
•Develop captivating and shareable creative ideas for social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
•Ensure the execution of creative efforts meet deadlines
•Collaborate closely with the internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
•Proactively identify emerging trends, and contribute to robust internal creative ideation of Brand-led campaigns
•Contribute to the expansion of creative portfolio such as creating Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok content; and using creative tools such as AR / VR / UIUX / video automation/audio/experiential.
•Draw inspiration from content on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and apply it.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree holder of Design, Fine Art or any other related field
•At least 4 years of professional experience in creative and brand design
•Ability to single handedly execute creative work, independently and as a team
•Extensive technical knowledge of branding systems is a plus
•Knowledge and interest in the world of Fintech and cryptocurrency is a plus
•Can work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
•Expertise in Art direction is needed
•Experience managing traditional and digital advertising and marketing campaigns from conception to execution
•Creative thinker and innovator with expertise in pop culture and emerging digital/social trends and technologies
•Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects
•Experience in editing content through modern mobile applications such as Adobe Premiere Rush, Splice, InShot, or Canva
•Experience in Photo editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Indesign, UIUX design and applications such as Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision Studio, etc. is a plus
•Manage workloads effectively and independently
•Fluent in English and ability to converse in Mandarin will be a great advantage to liaise with the Mandarin-speaking associates
