主要職責:
■ 社群媒體內容創作與管理:
• 負責社群平臺(如Instagram、Facebook、YouTube、LinkedIn、line等)的影音內容規劃與製作,強調餐飲特色與活動推廣。
• 創作具吸引力的長短影音、動態貼文、圖片及故事,並確保內容符合品牌調性和風格。
• 可獨立完成影片腳本發想、拍攝、後製剪輯,包含架構、轉場、效果呈現、字幕、音效、音樂等。
• 與餐飲部門緊密合作,理解每季節菜單亮點、特別活動及獨家推廣,將其轉化為創意且引人入勝的社群影音內容。
■ 行銷策略與活動推廣:
• 針對酒店餐飲部門的活動、季節性推廣(如下午茶、晚宴、節慶套餐等),制定並執行社群行銷策略。

Job Description:
The F&B Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing social media content related to the hotel and restaurants, effectively promoting the hotel’s F&B offerings and events. This role requires a blend of creativity and data analysis, utilizing short videos, images, and multimedia formats to enhance brand influence and establish a strong connection with customers. Through social media platforms, they will communicate the unique experiences and brand stories of the hotel and its F&B services.
Key Responsibilities
■ Social Media Content Creation and Management:
• Responsible for planning and producing multimedia content for social platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, the Little Red Book, etc.), with a focus on promoting F&B features and events.
• Create engaging long and short videos, dynamic posts, images, and stories, ensuring content aligns with brand tone and style.
• Independently generate video scripts, handle filming, post-production editing, including structure, transitions, effects, subtitles, sound effects, and music.
• Work closely with the F&B department to understand seasonal menu highlights, special events, and exclusive promotions, translating them into creative and captivating social media content.
■ Marketing Strategy and Event Promotion:
• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for F&B events and seasonal promotions (such as afternoon tea, dinners, festive packages, etc.).
• Identify and analyse market trends, adjusting content according to audience preferences to maximise exposure and engagement.
• Integrate F&B marketing goals into social media campaigns, promoting new menus, collaborations, and brand stories.
■ Market Trends and Data Analysis:
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video and social media trends, leveraging new technologies to enhance content appeal.
• Analyse video performance, provide data-driven feedback, and suggest improvements to boost viewership and engagement.
■ Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
• Collaborate with PR, design, and F&B teams to ensure consistency in promotional activities.
• Participate in various F&B promotional events and on-site activities, capturing and publishing real-time content to enhance guest engagement.
• Contribute innovative ideas during internal meetings to enhance the brand's digital presence.
■ Content Calendar and Project Management:
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, planning social media postings to support F&B marketing initiatives and the hotel's overall objectives.
• Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
