We buy and sell metals, cardboard, and other recyclables and shipping this mainly to Asian and European consumers. We are expanding our operations throughout Asia, and we are looking to build a strong and dedicated team in Taiwan to complement our growth and global team. Work content: 1. Make presentation documents to present under Letters of credit. 2. Issuing import arrival notice, and confirm whether the vessel sails/arrives at the port of destination and send the Pre-alert to costumers. 3. Provide costumer support and care. 4. Checking and prepare open arrival payment/cost information. Request payment, and exchange D/O 5. Provide customs declaration documents for import customers of customs brokers. Provide customer statement verification. 6. Pay or arrange for payment of freight or insurance fees or other charges. 7. Correspond with international team for shipments completed and arriving. 8. Administration work. Mandarin is not required for this role, but proficiency would be a plus.
