Job summary: As customer interface in respect to after sales quality issues after SOP, and quickly respond to after sales product quality issue and work with internal team to analyze, improve, verify effectiveness of action taken and submit 8D report on time. Keep the good cooperation with customer to ensure customer satisfaction by managing and improving the quality of the company’s products and services. Duties/ Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional teams to resolve customer quality issues, investigate complaints and follow up on improvement measures until the results are confirmed. - Collect, analyze, and report quality issues from consumer and market's feedback. - Manage complaints including optimize customer complaint responses, assist to enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure all complaints are handled effectively and timely. - Assist the headquarters in handling emergency events, such as on-site audit of regional supplier and problem improvement confirmation. - Determine defective products and investigate quality issues, need to supervise suppliers, or edit quality reports such as 8D in person. - Lead the investigation of customer complaints and responses, follow up improvement measures until the results are confirmed. - Spare parts Inventory Planning and management. - Manage quality system improvements including development and implementation of policies, procedures, and work instructions. - Manage external supplier (PDI) quality as below: A) Visit PDI(Domestic + Oversea) regularly for inspection and production line audit to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements. B) Prepare the introduction of new products into PDI, including SOP, testing tool and training. C) Maintenance and repair of PDI production line equipment/tools.
