The incumbent will be using Jira as a ticketing system to track and maintain high level of service and support. He or She might provide on call support if required and will create, update and review technical procedures and user guides using Confluence. The incumbent will have two major area of expertise as detailed below, and will be involved in continual improvement initiatives and project work as well. On Desktop support - Provide first level support (managing and resolving end-user requests related to personal computers and Office applications) for computer and mobile device issues. - Configure, deploy and support IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and network equipment (IP Phones, etc.) in a LAN environment. - Escalate complex problems to second level of support and organize the follow up / prioritization of issues and enhancement requests. - Install, organize, and troubleshoot software packages, including operating systems, desktop software, and custom applications. - Schedule and monitor security patches deployment. - Coordinate with equipment vendors and third party suppliers to resolve technical issues. - Organize workstations and IP Phones Office moves. - Maintain accurate inventories of software and hardware assets. - Decommissioning / disposal of IT equipment, when necessary. - Coordinate upgrades and new deployment projects with AMUNDI HQ Desktop team. - Take part of the preparation and annual BCP exercise. On Application support - Provide first level of support to users mainly on Global IT Platform but also on local Taiwan software and local developments. - Escalate complex problems to second level of support and organize the follow up / prioritization of issues and enhancement requests. - Develop VBA macros or Python scripts to help users in daily tasks and Taiwan local reporting.
