Integral Group is seeking IIH Asset Management team member. IIH Asset Management is the private equity team within Integral group, which currently managed several funds and investments mainly in Taiwan and USA. IIH makes both control and structured minority equity investments in growing, middle-market companies in: Consumer- facing industries. IIH seeks to be a value-added partner to portfolio management teams. Some of your key responsibilities will include: 1.Find and develop investment projects, conduct investment analysis and write feasibility study reports, and put forward rationalization proposals. 2.Combining industry research and resource integration, and able to think across boundaries. 3.Conduct feasibility studies on proposed investment projects, prepare investment plans and final investment reports, and submit them to the Investment Review Committee (IC) for review. 4.Conduct market research on proposed investment projects and participate in or lead negotiations on investment projects. 5.Conduct result evaluation of invested projects and submit regular reports on the investment status of the projects. 6.Strong ambition to build and lead the team, responsible for training and supervising the new front office staff, to help the company build a good investment team and the overall investment system. 1.尋找和開發投資專案，進行投資分析並撰寫可行性研究報告，提出合理化建議。 2.兼具產業研究與資源整合行動力，能跨界思考。 3.對擬投資項目進行可行性論證，編制投資方案及最終投資報告，提交投資審議委員會（IC）以供審核。 4.開展擬投資項目的市場調查，參與或主導投資項目談判。 5.對已投專案的進行成果測評，定期提交專案投資情況報告。 6.有建立並帶領團隊的強烈企圖心，負責培訓及督導前台新進人員，協助公司建設良好的投資團隊及整體投資體系。

Integral Group is looking for a senior investment manager to join its investment team. We are a leading private equity fund aiming to drive growth for small to medium enterprises mainly in Asia-Pacific and USA. We target investment opportunities in healthcare, technology, consumer, and ESG sectors. 【Key Responsibilities】: 1.Deal Execution: Have prior experience in leading end-to-end deal execution in direct equity investments, including due diligence, deal structuring, debt financing and transaction closings . 2.Due Diligence: Perform due diligence on potential investment targets, including industry and market competition analysis, financial modelling, operational assessment, growth and risk evaluation, development of investment theses, and pitching investment recommendations to the Investment Committee. 3.Portfolio Management: Actively participate in board meetings to monitor portfolio companies’ performance, develop value creation strategies to support financial growth, and plan eventual exit of the investment. 4.Team Leadership: Equip strong leadership and management skills in leading the deal team, responsible for supervising and coordinating with analysts and associates during deal executions. 【Main Requirements】: 1. 5+ years of working experience in M&A, buy-side investment firm, investment banking, financial advisory, or consulting related fields. 2.Professional expertise in deal execution, including due diligence, deal structuring, debt raising, portfolio management, and basic knowledge in IPO regulations and processes. 3.Experience in mentoring team members, capable to lead deal team in deal execution. 4.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English. Some of your key responsibilities will include: •IIH Analysts are actively involved in all aspects of the investment process, from investment thesis formation, to investment structuring and closing, to portfolio monitoring and support, through exit. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting industry research to develop and test investment theses; creating financial models with scenarios involving different investment, acquisition, capital structure, and acquisition assumptions; developing materials that present the deal team’s thesis to partners and investment committee; conducting company due diligence; assisting in portfolio company performance monitoring and financing activities; and supporting strategic initiatives at portfolio companies with senior management teams. •Analysts are often asked to present their findings and perspectives to the deal team , partners and often interact directly with management teams at the portfolio companies. •At IIH, Analysts and Associates have the opportunity to work on investments across industry verticals, and cross boarder for both the investment and transaction, providing a variety and volume of deal exposure to create better learning opportunities. 1.尋找和開發投資機會，進行投資分析並撰寫研究報告，提出投資架構與模式。 2.兼具產業研究與資源整合行動力，並能提出跨界思考觀點佐證。 3.對擬投資項目進行可行性論證，進行專案市場分析、財務分析、嫻熟的建立財務模型。 4. 對已投專案進行定期追蹤，提交專案投資報告。
