Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform month-end closing accounting tasks, including preparation of journal entries and informative account analyses and reconciliations with supporting schedules to substantiate ledger balances and estimates used. • Prepare and take ownership over various monthly processes within finance, such as, but not limited to, operating expenses, monthly accruals, VAT, withholding tax submissions, and others as needed. • Maintaining the purchase ledger and ensuring that suppliers are paid on time. • Maintenance of physical and virtual files for AP and GL with the support of Admin. • Supporting the business in the preparation of financial plans. • Coordinate and assist with all quarterly and year-end external audits and help ensure data integrity by maintaining a robust system of internal controls (SOX).

The successful candidate will be comfortable working internationally, with multiple stakeholders from both within our company, and at our vendors. Candidates should have a good academic record and be driven to pursue a career in finance, within a team that focuses on personal development and continuous improvement. As a rapidly growing company, the candidate will need to be comfortable with change and demonstrate the ability to be flexible and adaptable. At Turtle Beach we are passionate about gaming and driven to deliver the best possible products to enhance our consumer’s gaming experience.
