We are looking for a dedicated Integration Engineer with Software background to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in integrating our machines at customer sites, installing new software features, and performing software upgrades. This position is crucial for ensuring our machinery operates at its best, enabling new features and enhancing performance through software improvements.
Your responsibilities:
•After an intensive training period of several months, you take the lead in providing first line service support by participating in service activates and integration of IMS Multi-beam Mask Writer´s in semiconductor fabs in Taiwan.
•You will set up diverse server and support the automation of the equipment working procedures. Take the lead for Software upgrades, integration and HW/SW configuration.
•Troubleshoot newly installed tools running upgraded software versions and resolve integration issues.
•Write reports of your tasks using tracking system(Jira) and activities and support building up standard operation procedures.
•Maintain and improve the quality and performance of HPC.
•Knowledge transfer to the service support team and onsite teams.
•Resolve backlog issues and perform part exchanges.

• Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications.

• You will be responsible for regular analysis and maintenance of our MBMWs at the customer site to ensure highest possible tool uptime. This includes daily tool- and facility checks and regular maintenance tasks.
• You will recover the tool in case of errors and incidents based on a morning/afternoon shift and on-call support.
• You will perform preventive maintenance including troubleshooting and parts exchanges.
• You will operate, calibrate and optimize the MBMW.
• You will additionally also support tool installation at all phases.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer (Service Support) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in tool installation, maintenance, and tool upgrades within our systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in guaranteeing the seamless integration and optimal performance of our semiconductor manufacturing tools.
Your responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of new tools into the production fleet.
• Conduct planned and regular maintenance to ensure tools operate at peak efficiency and reliability.
• Implement tool upgrades to enhance performance and support new product developments.
• Utilize basic project management skills to organize schedules, prepare Gantt charts, and facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take the technical on-site lead depending on assignments, overseeing the project, and ensuring successful completion in line with objectives.
• Follow SOPs and proactively contribute to their improvement whenever necessary to enhance efficiency and safety.

The part-time Intern will work 3-4 days per week and you will:
•Answer and direct company phone calls.
•Work with Administrative Assistant for food arrangement for lunch and company events (snack day, meetings...etc.)
•Contribute to maintaining and keeping the kitchens and all shared areas clean and looking professional and presentable.
•Manage and maintain records of office assets and the inventory, including equipment, copier (incl. refilling printer papers), IMS T-shirts and office supplies (coffee, tea, fruits, milk, stationery...etc.)
•Office equipment management, for example: notebook, monitor, mouse, headphone, power cable...etc.
•Provide general support to business travelers, for example: Tainan office related information sharing.
•Support IMS Taiwan benefits program execution.

• Responsible for customer communication meetings with customer team leaders (escalated issues and fab related topics)
• Responsible for a tool group - number of tools (e.g. 6) in a large fab (e.g. TSMC Fab18).
• You align priorities with customer and internal IMS teams for incidents, problems, planned maintenance.
• Accountable for tool performance management : Service contract commitments like available time, MTBF, PM time,...
• Able to explain complex technical & operational details, in executive summary to supervisors, leaders and senior managers.
• "Eagle Eye" : keep the overall tool status overview of everything related to the tool group, able to zoom into deep details where needed.
• Accountable that escalation path/support workflow is followed by the team.
• Enable a smooth progress of resolving of incidents and problems.
• Improving IMS service delivery processes inside and outside of customer fabs by driving quality mindset.

•Capture the results of regular checks, process optimizations and problem cases into documents and reports, be the principal communication line to the 2nd level support.
•Be part of a multi-site team (Tainan, Taichung, Hsinchu) and contribute to the exchange of knowledge, provide on-site support and participate in training.

The part-time Intern requires a monthly commitment of 48 hours and you will:
•Assist with Training data management, including maintaining accurate training records in system, uploading the training material to training system.
•Support on course feedback collection, after-class promotion at the end of every training
•Be in charge of training course logistics (arranging the invitations, tracking of attendees and waiting lists, recording, etc.)
•Utilize your creative skills to revamp presentation slides, design eye-catching posters, and craft engaging videos to enrich training materials
