BE accelerator is a startup accelerator and venture builder. We back MedTech startups that are aiming to impact the next 10 years and beyond. We are currently looking for a Theme Coordinator/Manager to help startups to connect with ventures, investors, mentors, hospitals, government, organization and other medical/non-medical resources especially in the Asian, European and American markets.
This position works closely with both BE health ventures and accelerator program to ensure that we build a strong connection and effective ecosystem with our partners. The ideal candidate is dynamic, charismatic, entrepreneurial and deeply connected to the startup culture with proven experience.

Responsibilities
• Assist in developing, planning, and executing programmatic activities, meetings, and events that build relationships between BE, portfolios, and other partners.
• Ability to independently design and create proposals, including but not limited to event proposals, course proposals, and project proposals.
• Follow up on qualified leads and conduct research to improve the quality of selection. Possess industry trend analysis and data collection skills.
• Support the validation and acceleration of ventures accepted into the BE Accelerator Programs, anticipate and meet the needs of the ventures.
• Assist supervisors in planning and managing the progress, actions, scheduling, and timelines of projects to meet existing plan KPIs and achieve goals for startups and businesses.
• Assist supervisors in document reporting, presentation creation, output, meeting minutes, and other assigned tasks.
• Responsible for scheduling visits for experts, mentors, suppliers, entrepreneurs, and sponsors.
• Strong project management and planning abilities: consistently track project status, identify resources to ensure smooth plan development, maintain progress adherence, and ensure alignment with deadlines and responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and structured abilities, establish and maintain good relationships with entrepreneurs, ecosystem partners, and the community.
Managerial-level personnel are also required to:
Develop, plan, comprehensively outline, and submit complete plans (including, but not limited to, plan concepts and vision, project content, budget allocation, KPI and audit point design, and actual execution).
Be able to effectively communicate, allocate, and assign tasks to various departments and manage the progress of plan execution.
Develop annual PoB (Proof of business) program future development directions. They should propose and cultivate different strategic partnerships, and establish well-executable audit points for the company to confirm the progress.
