JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Engineer is responsible for designing, developing and optimizing complex engineering systems and products, providing technical leadership and direction. The position should have extensive experience, technical expertise and leadership skills to support the successful completion of company projects. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead the design and development of engineering systems and products to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards. - Execute conceptual design, specification development, drafting and sampling, testing and validation through to volume production. - Collaborate internally with global teams and externally as an engineering customer interface. - Collaborate with global R&D team and drive local suppliers to develop new packaging products. - Performs detailed technical analysis and evaluation, and proposes improvements to enhance product performance and reliability. - Perform packaged product testing following various test procedure & standards - Perform additional tasks assigned by engineering manager SKILLS AND COMPETENCES: - Self-motived and capable to work independently. Team player a plus. - Creative and enjoy hands-on works. - Familiar with 2D and 3D engineering and design tools (ie IRONCAD, AutoCAD, Pro-E, ….). - Familiar with FEA analysis is plus. EXPERIENCE: At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience, with leadership and project management experience preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the engineering team in the design, development and testing of structural systems to ensure product functionality and reliability. The position requires working with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and optimize designs. The Engineering R&D Leader is responsible for leading and managing the engineering team to ensure product development programs are completed on time and to quality standards. The position requires excellent leadership skills and technical expertise. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for building and managing engineering and lab testing team. - Manage and execute packaging design, both internally and externally with customers, from concept design, spec development, drawing and sampling, testing and validating, to volume production. - Lead and execute sampling and validation activities. - Work with global R&D team and drive local suppliers to develop new packaging products. - Provide technical guidance and training to help nurture and develop professional skills of team members. SKILLS AND COMPETENCES: - Product Structure Evaluation - Product Mechanism Design - Mechanical product design - 2D/3D mold design drawing - Packaging design - Drawing tools and software operationHEALTH AND SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL OBLIGATIONS - Self-motived and capable to work independently. Entrepreneurial mindset a plus. - Creative and enjoy hands-on works. - Familiar with 2D and 3D engineering and design tools (ie IRONCAD, AutoCAD, Pro-E, ….). EXPERIENCE: - 8+ years of work experiences in engineering. Experience in packaging and/or logistics industry preferred.
