Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international, independent, medical humanitarian organization that delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, natural disasters and exclusion from healthcare. We offer assistance to people based on need and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. We have the following vacancy and are looking for a talented individual with a strong desire to contribute to humanitarian work and commit to the aims and values of MSF to join our team in Taipei. Project Implementation Coordinator The Project Implementation Coordinator will work closely with the MEDICS Project Lead based in Hong Kong, the Taiwan Team, and various stakeholders in the organization and implementation of the 2025 MEDICS (Multidisciplinary Enhanced Deployment In Critical Surgical Care). We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and can coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. The tasks involve monitoring and implementing project plans, organizing and participating in various stakeholders' meetings, procurement, monitoring budgets and expenditures, providing administrative support, and ensuring project deadlines are met in a timely manner. *Contract Duration: 2 June 2025 – 31 October 2025. The duration of the position may be extended for an additional 2 weeks to support the implementation of MEDICS training to non-MSF participants after the original MEDICS training. Main Responsibilities ．Work closely with the MEDICS Project Lead to ensure tasks are executed according to plan and flag and resolve identified risks/issues that may impact timelines and outcomes ．Coordinate and implement logistics and administrative activities for the project including, but not limited to: 　o Coordinating with the admin team in both MSF Hong Kong and Taiwan in arranging travel, hotel, visas, and other necessary preparations for travel and accommodation 　o Ensure that all processes are completed and that all relevant regulations are followed and documented 　o Procure and secure necessary materials, stationaries, meals etc. needed for the training ．Ensure procurement, contracts, payments, invoicing activities, and ensure compliance with MSF Taiwan’s policies and procedures; monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to the budget ．Liaise/coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders (local and international) ．Liaise/coordinate with vendors/suppliers for the event, including securing necessary permits for the training facility, logistics, etc. ．Serve as the focal point for all event requirements and manage pre, during, and post-event needs. ．Volunteer recruitment and management, including activities briefing, debriefing, administrative work eg. meal arrangements, certificates etc. 無國界醫生是一個獨立的國際醫療人道救援組織，致力為受武裝衝突、流行病與傳染病和天災影響，以及遭排拒於醫療體系以外的人群提供緊急醫療援助。無國界醫生只會基於人們的需要提供援助，不受種族、宗教、性別或政治因素左右。無國界醫生台北辦公室目前正在招募1位對無國界醫生的宗旨及國際人道事務有興趣的專案執行專員(約聘)加入我們的團隊。 專案執行專員(約聘) 專案執行專員須和香港MEDICS專案經理、台灣團隊以及各關係人密切合作，共同規劃以及執行2025年的「外科與緊急應變訓練」（MEDICS）。我們正在尋找一位具高度組織性、注重細節、積極主動、善於溝通、具備良好人際關係、並且能夠同時與不同關係人協作。此職務內容包含專案進度管理與執行、各項會議之規劃及參與、經費管理、行政支援、並確保專案及時完成。 *合約期間: 2025年6月2日至2025年10月31日。 該職位合約期間有可能延長兩星期以便支援MEDICS結束後續提供給非MSF人員的MEDICS訓練。 主要工作內容： ．與MEDICS專案經理合作，確保任務按計劃執行，能夠發現及解決專案風險及問題。 協調與執行專案活動之後勤與行政工作，包含（但不限制於）： 　o 與MSF香港和MSF台灣的行政團隊合作，安排差旅、住宿、簽證或其他等差旅必要準備工作。 　o 確保所有流程遵守相關規定，順利完成並維持完整記錄。 　o 負責準備訓練所需之必要材料、文具、餐飲等。 ．確保採購、合約、付款、單據相關作業，同時遵守MSF台灣的規範與程序；監控費用支出確認符合活動預算 ．與各利害關係人（當地及國際）聯繫、協調和溝通。 ．與供應商及各利害關係人就活動內容進行協調，包括取得訓練場地及後勤支援等必要許可。 ．擔任活動之主要負責人，管理活動前、中、後之各項需求。 ．活動志工招募與管理，包含活動前後的訓練與解說，餐點安排以及證書製作。

Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, the Philanthropy Officer supports the growth of MSF Taiwan’s fundraising efforts by identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and foundations. The role involves managing a portfolio of prospects, developing tailored engagement strategies, and supporting solicitations to secure sustainable, high-impact funding. A key focus of this role is building corporate partnerships—conducting targeted prospect research, initiating outreach, and supporting the development of partnership proposals and engagement activities. Major Responsibilities • Prospect Research and Portfolio Development Conduct research and outreach to build a qualified prospect pipeline and strengthen targeting strategies in line with MSF’s fundraising priorities. • Donor Relationship Management and Engagement Manage and cultivate allocated portfolio of key donor relationships through tailored, value-aligned engagement that enhances trust, donor lifetime value, and income. • Corporate and Foundation Partnership Development Build and maintain partnerships with designated corporates and foundations through compelling proposals and events that increase support and visibility for MSF. • Data Management and Compliance Ensure high-quality donor data and compliance with policies to support effective stewardship, risk mitigation, and consistent donor recognition. • Collaboration Collaborate across teams and offices to align messaging, share insights, and contribute to global knowledge-sharing, enhancing the overall impact of donor engagement.
