Primary Duties & Responsibilities: As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a key role to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients in Taiwan to ensure their satisfaction and effective use of our platform and services. You will be working closely with our sales team together to bring positive experience and success to clients. ▪ Manage client account lifecycle, including setup, reactivation, and ongoing maintenance to ensure seamless operations. ▪ Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction and gather actionable feedback for sales strategy adjustments. ▪ Prepare and present quarterly/annual client performance reports, including data-driven insights and recommendations. ▪ Investigate root causes of client issues, provide timely updates, and drive problems to resolution. ▪ Identify inefficiencies in client relationship workflows and implement solutions to boost efficiency and satisfaction. ▪ Support sales teams with quote generation, document delivery, and client meeting coordination. ▪ Analyze sales data and client usage trends to inform strategic decision-making.
