Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Solution Sales Representative for our orthodontic products. As a Solution Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our orthodontic aligners and help dentists to use our platforms. Your primary focus will be on providing product and platform demonstrations, assisting doctors with intraoral scanning, facilitating case submission, providing platform training, and delivering educational services to healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Act as a key point of contact for dental professionals, including implants, dentists, and dental clinics, to promote and sell our orthodontic products and solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of our aligners and associated platforms.
Assist doctors with intraoral scanning procedures and ensure smooth operation and integration of our scanning technology with their practice.
Facilitate the submission process for orthodontic cases, including ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery to our production facilities.
Provide comprehensive training on the operation and utilization of our platform to doctors and their staff, ensuring they can effectively utilize the system to its full potential.
Deliver educational services and training to healthcare professionals, including doctors and dental assistants, to enhance their knowledge and skills in implants treatments and patient education.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in orthodontic technology to effectively communicate and position our products in the market.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using our CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer support, operations, and product development, to address customer needs, resolve issues, and provide input on product enhancements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, life sciences, healthcare) or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the dental or medical device industry.
In-depth knowledge of orthodontic treatments, dental workflows, and digital dentistry.
Familiarity with intraoral scanning technologies and orthodontic treatment planning software is highly desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with dental professionals.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling demonstrations and educational sessions.
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and achieving targets.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry conferences or events.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
