The Marketing Project Coordinator originates projects in the team’s workflow system, ensures deadlines are met, and works with department management in assigning resources and managing workload. ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Reviews schedule and requests to ensure all necessary information is provided, tracks down missing information and questions for team members. * Assign projects and tasks for production and change requests via a workflow system. * Monitor status daily; ensure deadlines are met, collects approvals. * Communicate deadlines and requirements to team members and management. * Create productivity reports and pull analytics, making recommendations on improvements. * Assist with department tasks and updates. * Other duties as required. SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS * Knowledge and/or experience with Google Campaign Manager or similar tool. * Deadline-oriented; experience at getting projects done quickly, with high standards of quality. * Excels at planning but can also react quickly to urgent last minute requests. * Highly organized and detail oriented. * Microsoft Office skills, with experience in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook. * Experience with project management methods and tools. * Able to independently prioritize and look for areas of improvement within the team. * Motivated, self-starter, but also a good collaborator. * Multi-tasker, extremely organized in a fast-paced environment with various projects happening simultaneously. * Strong verbal and written communication. * Strong work ethic and great attitude. * Able to work well with designers, writers, and management. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management, or In lieu of degree, 1-2 years' experience in a related Marketing or Traffic/Production position.

客戶服務助理 (Customer Service Assistant) SCOPE The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for supporting department objectives by entering and retrieving data through custom or other software to provide optimal customer experience, and supporting customer service initiatives.
