1. 負責指定區域內門市拜訪，並使其貨架排面符合皇家陳列準則
2. 透過門市拜訪取得訂單，並協助客戶處理商品退換貨等服務
3. 維繫門市客情使其訂單極大化，並回報市場資訊

1. Collaborate with HKTW demand team to generate short term/long term demand forecast.
2. Collaborate with regional/global supply team and sourcing units to ensure stability in supply.
3. Participate in S&OP+ meeting to provide in-depth demand forecast analysis to support business decision.
4. Prepare planning-related reports/projections to support business planning and risk mitigation.
5. Collaborate with HKTW demand team for product revamping, new product launch, sample request, and promotion activities.
6. Review and align product classification with demand team to maximize inventory efficiency.
7. Optimize product portfolio by regular review and insight sharing with demand team.
8. Drive continuous improvement and initiatives in planning way of works.
9. Lead supply planners (2) in HKTW markets and drive the engagement of cluster planning team.
10. Key user of Futur Master:
- Responsible for the system operating, management and relevant communications.
- Strengthen forecasting capability with FM for deeper level of forecast and insightful analysis.
- Continue improvement with FM and relevant planning process.
11. Key User of local business process expert (SA4), responsible for 1st level support for operational associates in the unit:
- Own end to end issue resolution.
- Raise ticket in service now to 2nd level support.
- Leading or managing process changes.
- Conducting and coordinating any relevant systems testing.
- Documenting local process specifics / uniqueness to ensure key knowledge is captured and retained.
- Proactive contribution to the regional network of key users and functional experts from other markets

1. Support executions of brand & marketing activities to engage with pet owners.
2. Support content management of social platforms.
3. Support BAPO team to prepare always-on, marketing campaigns & projects deployment.
4. Assist to update reports and support in database management.
5. Work closely with internal and external parties, including various business units and external vendors & agencies & KOL.
6. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
