Position: Full time position to handle operations of the company, will earn profit share over time About You: You are a dedicated and driven professional ready to learn and evolve. You are always ready to take care of business, improve yourself and progress the company Responsibilities: Help manage Penn Ave's short-term rental business online and offline, including managing team and vendors Handling maintenance of inventory and customer requests Handling internal documents and online communications Managing advertisements/listings, doing online research, doing market research, adjusting pricing, learning about efficiency to update automation Be on-site when needed and other tasks assigned by the CEO Help expand the company by project managing the construction, design, staging and other progress to bring new properties to market Working Hours: Three to four days off per week. 16 days of work per month, 15 days off per month. Standard working hours will be 10 AM - 10 PM three to four weekdays a week, complimented by your coworker who usually works weekends. One hour break for lunch, one hour break for dinner. For the training period (about two months), your working hours will be more flexible for five days a week to learn with your coworkers until you can work on your own. Compensation Package: Total package starting 65,000 NT+/month. Salary starting 45,000 NT+ a month. 10,000 NT/mo rental stipend. Scooter stipend provided if purchase is needed. Yearly Chinese New Year bonus. Profit share awarded at the end of 2nd year, 3rd year, and 4th year. Requirements: Language: Outstanding written and oral English & Chinese proficiency / skills. Background / Experience: College education and/or work experience in English, Hospitality, Property Management, Business (or related), Computer related or Communication Some operational and/or online customer interacting experience would be a plus. Scooter for flexible traveling (stipend provided if purchase required) Skills: Internet and online skills Strong in-field learning ability Excellent in communication Excellent organizational skills Good at Excel and Word Versatile Good at time management Personality: Organized Detail oriented Responsible and responsive Motivated to learn Flexible in working hours, sometimes odd hours will be required to communicate with clients locally and around the world
