Job Title: Sales account manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, and a keen eye for numerical data. This role involves assisting in managing client relationships, data and report generating, conducting market research on products and materials, and gathering market information on various brand products.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and coordination.
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
• Conduct market research to gather information on products, materials, and competitor brands.
• Handle client inquiries and provide prompt support.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns or promotional events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• Associate degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, applied English or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in order processing and logistics coordination is a plus.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
