This job position will join a conference project . Some major features are developed by 3rd parties, and we need to integrate, debug, and manufacturing the product. • Simulate, optimize, and design antenna solutions for wireless consumer products to meet customer requirements, including return loss, radiation pattern, peak gain, efficiency, and OTA measurements under real-world conditions. • Balance design trade-offs between antenna performance, mechanical constraints, industrial design, and regulatory compliance. • Lead the antenna design process for wireless products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., EE, RF, ME, SAE) from concept to production.

1. Analysis product requirements from customer and drive specification of SW functionalities. Propose SW solutions per customer’s needs. 2. Manage multi-site software development teams to deliver qualified software through new product introduction (NPI) process. 3. Manage and develop software project timelines based on system schedules, relentlessly execute project plan to meet schedule commitment. 4. Communicate and collaborate with cross function teams as needed in regards to software deliverables. 5. Conduct regular team meetings and lead communication with internal and external parties on SW development status. 6. Manage and track software requirement is always within project scope and execute change request process when there is spec change. 7. Drive development/testing activities to meet software deliverables, reporting any variances and suggesting ways to bring program back to plan. 8. Conduct bug review meeting with project team members, ensure bugs/sco(software change order) are handled timely. 9. Ongoing risk management, evaluating the risk and taking the necessary actions. 10. Timely escalation to senior management team when there is a major issue that would significantly impact program schedule, quality which is beyond what the project team is capable of resolving.
