1. Channel Management
- Collaborate with vendors and agencies to manage production, and logistic of Point-Of-Sale (POS) materials, promotional giveaway items, and support for channel business operations and development.
- Oversee and operate the B2B merchant platform to support the development of branded shops. This includes processing redemption, delivering promotional items, and maximizing marketing fund effectiveness, etc
- Administer the marketing fund for branded shops, which encompasses fund calculation, application, and evidence collection.
- Develop and implement channel strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Oversee and manage other B2B digital touchpoints, such as marketing page on online ordering platform, to ensure readiness for channel operations.
2. Channel Support and Enablement
- Develop a comprehensive training program in collaboration with other departments.
- Deliver training through facilitating sessions, workshops, and personalized programs, etc.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, product information, and sales aids to help channel partners succeed in selling products.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and success of the training program, reporting on its return on investment (ROI).
3. Channel branding
- Manage and implement visual branding and Corporate Identity (CI) for different channels, providing guidance on the implementation of the visual aspects of the Continental brand.
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure full alignment, ensuring that branding complies with company standards.
- Regularly connect with APAC regional office to stay updated on the latest developments in visual branding and Corporate Identity.
4. Others
- Manage the channel budget, monitor and reporting regularly
- Provide support for other assigned projects, event execution, ad hoc tasks as needed.
- Develop innovative and scalable channel models, especially in digital or e-commerce environments, to meet evolving customer needs
