【Responsibilities】
Technical Leadership and Architectural Design:
- Develop and design backend service systems for business-related purposes, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.
- Capable of working independently on projects by analyzing, designing, developing, and maintaining the systems.
- Ensure that code adheres to defined standards and best practices for performance, scalability, stability, and quality.
People Management:
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, guide their growth, and cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work culture.

Development and Coding:
- Collaborate in the creation of pivotal features, providing astute technical guidance to ensure the delivery of high-caliber code.

- Pioneer the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines, with a strong emphasis on automating testing and deployment processes, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the developmental workflow.
Performance Enhancement and Optimization:
- Lead efforts in performance optimization, including performance tuning, database optimization, and advanced caching strategies, to elevate system performance.
Technical Knowledge Sharing:

【Qualifications】
Experience:
- 5+ years of backend experience in enterprise application services, with a preference for candidates who have experience in managing teams.
- Preferred candidates with backend experience in finance, payment, billing, or accounting industries.
Technical Skills:
- A solid foundation in at least one backend framework such as .Net Framework, .Net Core, Java/Spring, capable of writing high-quality code using the framework.
- Experience with data modeling and system design for e-commerce or financial scenarios is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, microservices implementation, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
