As a Backend Developer in KKTV, you will: - Participate in product discovery and development, understanding user needs, exploring technical options, driving feature delivery to production, and validating hypotheses through observation. - Collaborate closely with other engineers, product designers, and product managers to discuss and plan new features. - Actively engage in the design, development, and code refactoring of new features. - Write unit tests and automated tests to maintain code quality, stability, and performance. - Optimize product performance and user experience using data-driven approaches. - Handle day-to-day service operations, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide support to customer service for resolving customer complaints. - Share technical knowledge and insights through tech sharing sessions with fellow team members. We wish you have following experience: - Extensive Backend Development Experience - 5+ years of experience in backend software development. - Proficiency in Go or Ruby on Rails. - Experience with API design and microservices architecture. - Performance Optimization & Scalability - Proven experience in optimizing high-traffic systems and improving the overall system performance. - Familiarity with caching strategies and load balancing to ensure smooth content delivery and scalability. - DevOps and Automation - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). - Solid understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Team Leadership & Collaboration - Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading technical discussions. - Ability to work closely with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Skills - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Ability to respond to emergency incidents, identify root causes, and implement solutions.

Responsibilities: 1. Drafting, reviewing, revision, and negotiating various contracts, license agreements, and other relevant formal documents. 2. Assist in contract signing, execution, tracking, and managing. 3. Assist in optimizing corporate internal control systems such as corporate compliance. 4. Assist in compiling corporate governance and other corporate/securities law requirements and enforcement for company formation, investment projects, due diligence, and corporate/securities law cases. 5. Work with outside attorneys or consultants on related matters. 6.
