Our service staion including Chubei, Changhua, Longjing, Yunlin, Penghu
[Main Responsibilities]
- Responsible for achieving service area performance targets within EPK content and company target (site operation and Wec perf)
- Supervise site maintenance operations ,and report current status to superior
- Control of Reports (EMC/APC.etc) within Standard Process
- Approval of technician leave, business trip applications, timesheet, overtime.
- Organize technicians shift schedule short term together with planner of the Area(shift/Tb ... )
- Drive planning task in collaboration with the planner
- Conducts regular site inspection, Safety walks, tool box meeting.
- Provides coaching & educate new and underperforming teams(report,processus,site organization)
- Follow the required action to fulfil the short term and as well strategic goals
- Supervise the work in ways to drive a safe working environment for employees and maximize employee engagement throughout the operation and ensures that site remains proper health & security environment.
- Inform FAM of abnormal or critical situations.
- Ensure the work is completed in adherence to the existing scheduling standards and processes
- Actively participate at the customer satisfaction
[Secondary Responsibilities]
- Ensures the proper maintenance , conditions , storage, inventory and security of the assets (Fleet-IT-warehouse-etc )
- Management of the service station in corporation with the service team (material, tools...)
- Ensure communication with landlords of Service Station and or area rented.
- Support for recruiting & annual review of technicians
- Support for intern development, training, mentoring of Field service Technicians.
- Contact person for conflict resolution on site (neighbors, customers, authorities, police, accident ...)
- Support for materials/tools preparation for planned and unplanned work.
- Support FAM & HSE for RCA of Near miss, safety deviation, accident....
- Insure constant & proper access road to wec . Report if deviation.
- Additional request upon request of the Field Area Manager
- Participate to Shift duty during week end and national Holidays
- Petty Cash Handling

Qualified as an electrician with electrical experience or qualifications and experience in electrical engineering troubleshooting, electrical equipment inspection, automobile vessel or vehicle electrical engineering, electrical power engineering, air condition engineering, motor control, lighting communication system etc.
2. High mobility (willingness to move and to travel) and flexibility.
3. Openness and team spirit.
4. Comfortable with heights and confined space.
5. Can accept flexible working times (willing to on weekends and holidays occasionally with overtime payment).

Main Responsibilities:
• Prepare materials/tools for service teams and carry out material transfers in the system
• Schedule deliveries
• Carry out deliveries
• Ensure goods are stored safely
• Support customs clearance
• Check and report out of stock material.
• Collect defect materials and register to SAP system for return process
• Local sourcing of materials and equipment, type and process local purchase orders
• Arrange defect / faultless return materials back to Germany
• Responsible for lift tackle / PFPS checking
• Tool check and calibration of all Enercon Taiwan owned tools in accordance with maintenance schedule
• Arrange the local or overseas calibration of equipment, prepare shipment, tracking and follow up.
• Arrange PPE check of all Enercon Taiwan owned PPE in accordance with maintenance schedule.
• Carry out inventory checks on service cars, tool containers and toolsets.
• Carry out physical inventory counting and system input
• Keep accurate records
• Inspection of all electrical and mechanical equipment if so required by local law or ENERCON regulation
• Prepare toolsets for specialized jobs
• Maintain accurate and sufficient records of all checks.
• Process/Review the orders to head office for material, tools and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse.
• Arrange generator of Fire system, car washing machine maintenance.
• Arrange inspection/maintenance/repairing all tools and equipment.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Assist the warehouse specialist to prepare and handout material and equipment and register in a proper manner.
• Responsible for health and safety in the warehouse. Report, initiate and carry out corrective measures where necessary
• Delivery/Arrange taxi of tools and equipment & materials.

[Responsibilities]
1. Budget calculations, costs monitoring deviation analysis during project realization.
2. Contract review as support to sales activities.
3. Contract and Variation Management with regards to all clients and the subcontractors involved in ENERCON windfarms; including extension times and additional scope of supply beyond contract agreement.
4. Take care of site procurement activities and any related deviation during project execution stage.
5. Being a commercial consultant for project team in terms of commercial issues during the whole project life cycle, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
6. Being the contact partner to all internal and external stakeholders for project commercial matters.
7. Other tasks to support the development of the Project Commercial department particularly and ENERCON in overall.
[Requirements]
1. Knowledge and/ or practical experience in variation/project/contract management.
2. Excellent English skills are required.
