1. SNI contact window and coordinator between foundries and SNI Japan/Taiwan team.
2. Ensure smooth communication with foundries for CP/FT related information.
3. Monitor yield performance of SNI products for different technology and report to SNI HQ.
4. Co-work with SNI HQ and foundries to seek out yield improve direction of SNI products.
5. Mass production trouble shooting, co-work with SNI HQ and foundries to maintain yield.
6. Gathering technical information from local technical event.
7. Work location: Hsinchu.

1. Work with head quarter team in Japan to develop Wafer/IC test program. Verify testing program and machine for mass production.
2. CP/FT setup and debugging in OSAT side.
3. Handle NPI in OSAT sites.
4. Support production ramp-up, trouble shooting, and MP maintenance, including H/W, test program and test time reduction, RT rate improvement, and yield improvement.
5. Able to support frequent business trips in Taiwan, China, Korea, and Japan.

1. Support in assessing the reasonableness of the customer's requested production flow and delivery schedules.
2. Support ES and CS output schedule and daily monitoring the production collaborates with cross functional to achieve company and customer target.
3. Analysis customer forecast and identify the potential risks to supply feasibility.
4. Gather customer requests and promptly assess any changes for inclusion in the shipping plan.
5. Review status of materials liabilities and take actions to minimize financial impact.
6. Daily monitor WIP movements through Bump, CP, Assy and FT, collaborates with cross functional to achieve the shipping target.
