Your Adventure Ahead - Coordinates the scheduling of assets onsite and ensures adequate exposure for every deal secured by the Business Development team. - Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns. - Manage and maintain the assets on various platforms on ShopBack including the app and web. - Schedule and upload marketing offers onto ShopBack's internal platform daily. - Investigate and proactively resolve any operations issues with the Business Development team. - Optimise platform assets, analyze website performance and data regularly, and share key insights/learnings with the internal marketing team. - Drive projects with the product and engineering team to improve workflow processes by automation.
