標準開發經理將置身於電子製造業標準化工作的最前沿，負責領導並協調跨行業、跨職能的技術專家團隊，開展新標準的研發、修訂及現有標準的維護工作。 主要職責： 1.制訂工作目標，滿足上級和公司的宏觀要求；實施和管理項目，確保KPI的實現； 2.協助技術團隊擔任標準工作聯絡員，制訂IPC標準，遵守IPC標準化程式和風格指南的規則，並按時發佈； 3.與技術組主席高效工作和溝通，分配、協調、確認和總結技術組在制定和翻譯標準方面的工作；確保標準及時準確發佈，包括技術組激勵管理； 4.與技術組團隊和行業專家溝通，瞭解行業趨勢，探索新標準開發專案機會； 5. 制訂標準推廣計畫及相關活動，配合其他部門推廣標準，參與公司或部門組織的相關活動並提供支援； 6.定期做月報，總結工作，定期彙報進度。 Job responsibilities: 1. Develop the work schedule objectives to meet superior and corporate macro requirements; Implement and manage the projects to ensure the achievement of KPI; 2. Assist technical team in serving as the Standard Staff Liaison to develop IPC standards and comply with the rules of IPC Standardization Procedures and Style Guide and release on schedule; 3. Work and communicate efficiently with the Chair of the technical team, to assign, coordinate, confirm, and summarize the work of the technical team on developing and translating the standards; ensure the timely and accurate issuance of the standards, including technical team incentive management; 4. Communicate with technical team and industry Subject Matter Experts, understand industry trends to explore new standard development project opportunities; 5. Develop standard promotion plans and related activities, cooperate with other departments to promote standards, and participate in related activities organized by the company or department to provide support; 6. Make monthly reports regularly, summarize the work and report the progress regularly; Job competencies: 1. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; 2. Strong communication skills, observation, and resourceful thinking; 3. Good at coordination and communication, strong sense of responsibility and enterprise; 4. Have certain affinity, judgement ability, plan ability, organization ability; 5. Capable, steadfast, honest, diligent, self-motivated, teamwork spirit, strong learning ability, willing to embrace new knowledge; 6. Good professionalism and professional ethics. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, in electronic engineering. 2. Experience and/or Training: 1) At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, management and technology related to the electronics industry. 2) Have been trained in production engineering, quality management, manufacturing. 3. Licenses/Certificates : CET-4 or above 4. Proficient in Microsoft office; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Engaged in digital intelligent manufacturing related projects; 2. Engaged in or led international standards development projects; 3. Knowledge of industrial software and CAD、EDA tools; 4. PMP certificate;
