Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced Business Development professional who is eager to promote the strategic growth and to shape the future of a world which leverages cloud computing. You will engage with customer's CXO/VP level strategically as well as closely collaborate with software developers, IT infrastructure, software designers, architects, data scientists, product development and R&D for AWS Cloud and AI/ML adoption. You must also be a self-starter and strategic thinker who is able to initiate and scale up business development and accelerate business progress by enabling the diverse strategic engagements with different key stakeholders in enterprises with a strong execution capability and fear-free to think out of box to find the innovative approach for helping our customers to handle the business and technical challenges. Key job responsibilities - Manage and develop a specific territory of strategic named accounts - containing a mix of existing enterprise customers and net new prospects - Develop and execute against a comprehensive territory plan to speed up business development and deepen the strategic cooperation foundation with enterprise customers - Influence (or impact) customer adoption, through consultative selling, thought leadership, executive relationship development and sell-in of professional services from customer’s perspective - Work with AWS partners to extend reach & drive adoption - Maintain and deliver results against a set of defined revenue and non-revenue targets by obsessing our customers to support them for reaching the success In a short, you are not only focusing on Business Development to achieve the defined business KPIs but also acting as a Customer Ambassador to assure their success by adopting the right AWS solutions to solve their business and technical pain-points and to drive their business competitiveness.

This is an ideal role for someone with deep experience in the PS and healthcare industries, expert knowledge of relevant applications and infrastructure and a solid understanding of the transformational value cloud technologies can bring. In this role, you will play a key role in executing our go-to-market strategy. You will engage with customers to determine business needs, identify opportunities and issues, and develop related technical solutions and value propositions leveraging the power of AWS cloud technology. Key job responsibilities - Drive revenue and market share in Healthcare/Public Sector/Education industry vertical, exceed set business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction - Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan. - Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts. - Identify key aspects of potential new opportunities, progress opportunities to launch, influence on customer cloud adoption - Engage with AWS partners, Solutions Architects to develop business development strategies, extend reach, develop relationships and drive joint success - Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, Networking, DC Services), Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc) and Management Tools - Forecast the territory performance per month against quota, cost optimize customers, and maintain a robust sales pipeline and related territory target lists in Salesforce.com

Key job responsibilities • Maintain 24/7 operations coverage with flexible scheduling, including predefined12-hour rotating shifts and on-call responsibilities. • Coordinate with Colocation providers, contractors and internal teams for daily operations and routine maintenance monitoring of critical E&M facilities. • Participate in emergency drills and support emergency facility event response according to established protocols. • Act as first responder for all critical E&M equipment and rack down event alarm response, ensuring timely escalation for equipment/facilities-related issues within established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs). • Facilitate equipment rack power up installations with Colocation providers by conducting assessments for rack space, power, and cooling requirements in data centers. • Regularly maintain critical facility safety and security standards in AWS areas. • Execute small-to-medium impacting projects from inception stage to completion stage to enhance data center operations. • Utilize of AWS administrative tools for maintenance change management, incident management ticketing follow up, and asset management. Requirement: - Bachelor's degree - 1+ years of electrical or mechanical experience - Basic knowledge of either electrical or mechanical systems. - Knowledge of generic mechanical room infrastructure such as chillers, cooler units, and fan controls - Knowledge of mechanical systems (Mechanical, HVAC systems, Controls) - Knowledge of BMS and EPMS control systems and data collection/trending - Intermediate level of bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese).
