We are 2 French brothers who came to Taiwan to open a restaurant. We choose Taiwan because we both love this place and would like to share some of the French culinary aspect. The restaurant location is in Shilin area close to jiantan mrt (less than 5 minutes) We have around 40 to 50 seats and plan to open in September 我們是一對來自法國的兄弟，因為我們很喜歡台灣，加上我們想要把我們的家鄉菜分享給所有的台灣人，所以我們決定在台灣開一家法式料理餐廳。 我們的法式餐廳已開幕於今年9月,位於劍潭捷運站2號出口附近(步行約5分鐘左右),餐廳裡可容納40~50個人的座位。

We provide French food such as salads, tartes flambées, quiches, desserts but also beverages with and without alcohol. 我們餐廳有提供法式經典沙拉、火焰烤餅、法式麵包塔以及美味的甜點，另外也有提供飲品以及法式香醇葡萄酒類。

替客人帶位、點餐，並服務餐點跟飲品給客人。
使用POS結帳系統-替客人結帳買單。
環境清潔-整理桌面並將桌椅排整齊。
吧檯-製作冷/熱飲品。
要知道如何介紹菜單給顧客-必須充分了解跟記得菜單的內容以及每日特別菜色的更新。
細心的觀察-必須確認客人的用餐狀況以及其他特殊狀況發生。
工作態度-不論對客人或是同事之間的相處，都能以友善方式去作溝通，並且保持敬業的態度。
-Welcome, take order and serve customer with food and beverages
-Collect payments from customers.
-Clean and re-set tables constantly.
-Prepare hot and cold beverages
-Maintain full knowledge of menu items and daily specials, advise on menu choices
-Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take
action to correct any problems.
-Communicate with guest and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
