Assist in training and improving the LINE HELP Chat Bot. 5. Design various scenarios to optimize user experience. 6. Qualifications: * This position requires proficiency in Mandarin. 1. Minimum of 3 years of work experience. Customer support-related experience is a plus. 2. THE ROLE:The Creative Marketing Associate Manager will be part of the LINE WEBTOON Marketing team based in Taiwan.
