Responsible for handling the factory's Environmental operations including Energy-related improvements, reports, projects, and programs. The position also requires identifying environmental issues and recommending solutions. Coordinates with local government, EP authorities, and other related third party. Provides administration and technical support for environmental and energy systems (ISO systems) with the aptitude to understand and interpret data.  As the Environmental Specialist, you will:  - Environmental Investigation - Prepare, review, and update environmental investigation and recommendation reports - Capture the following environmental data from a range of sources through site assessments (BMS system), environmental monitoring, and third-party/local authority reports: - Waste - Wastewater - Air pollution prevention equipment - Greenhouse gas emissions mitigation - Utility consumption (Energy Administrator for local government requirements) - Environmental Evaluation - Evaluate the environmental impact of the project, hazard, or commercial operation. And collaborate with environmental authorities, planners, waste technicians, engineers, other specialists, and guides in law and business to address environmental problem - ISO System - Responsible for maintaining ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 effectiveness and being the coordinator (system owner) for external third-party certification.  - Obtain, update, and maintain ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 plans, permits, and standard operating procedures. - Project Support - Develop proposed project objectives and targets, and report to the management team on progress in attaining them. - Supervise and evaluate the environmental equipment operation periodically and the progress of environmental improvement programs and regular report to management team. - Regular check industrial and municipal facilities and programs to evaluate operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental regulations - Provide administrative support for projects by collecting data, providing project documentation, training staff, and performing other general administrative duties. - Supervise and work together with Waste Center 3rd party Operator under JTIM working conditions. - Regular administration work (Energy report / Purchasing request / Goods receiving…etc.) - EHS - Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures to keep the workplace healthy and safe. - Ensure compliance with the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, align with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well as collaboration on the continuous improvement process. - Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to supervisor/manager, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor/manager, and carry out any measures to eliminate them.

The incumbent is responsible for respective warehouse management on the Tainan factory premises. Ensures correctness and accuracy of timely material transfers within managed warehouses, controls and timely implements all material transfers according to the plan. As the Warehouse Manager you will: Responsibility for assigned warehouse and tasks dedicated to this warehouse in the Tainan location. Lead and control warehouse transfers promptly; ensure proper material movements. Proper work management is needed so that all loaded and unloaded materials are transferred to production departments in a timely manner and handled according to the plan. Lead the team of warehouse employees and ensure resources for the managed warehouse. Calculate working hours, and ensure their employees are trained as forklift drivers. Motivate subordinate employees and ensure their development. Continuous work on improvements, work conditions, and efficiency optimization of managed warehouses. Dedication to continuous improvement of factory processes. Partnership with all factory departments, organization of work in the warehouses based on all the incoming information, and the way that targets are met on a daily basis. Ensure that all data registered in the warehousing system are equal to the physical quantity in the warehouse. Conduct all required registrations according to the law of material movements and stored material quantity, as well as all other registrations, lists, schedules, reports, etc. Follow all the rules connected with documentation flow and way of storing them. Ensure health and safety according to ISO/EHS, 5S3R processes and programs, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace under their supervision. Compliance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards and implement requirements. Ensure that employees under their supervision receive appropriate health and safety training and required qualifications. Ensure that supervised employees always demonstrate safe behavior, never violate health and safety rules, report incidents and near misses, and report and eliminate identified unsafe conditions and behaviors. Actively demonstrate commitment to health and safety, lead by example, and take immediate steps to correct unsafe workplace conditions or behaviors. Responsible for Production factor standards for all installed production machines, equipment, and shop floor according to ISO/EHS, 5S3R processes and programs

Coordinate all planning activities, including finished goods, semi-products planning (cut filler, filters), and material planning (NTM - non-tobacco materials, leaf). Performing and optimizing short- and long-term factory plans related to the manufacturing processes. Capacity analysis preparation in terms of production sequence optimization. Dealing with the efficient NTM and FG stock at the factory warehouse. As the Planning and Procurement Associate you will: - Coordination of short-term planning - daily scheduling, production reports maintenance, planning data accuracy, and continuous support for the FG planners. - Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation, adjustments, and review, taking into consideration variable constraints and requirements. - Long-term planning - strategic 3 years horizon APSP capacity analysis performance related to the following objectives: - capacity overview - machinery capabilities overview - planned sourcing changes coordination - Coordination of NTM and leaf requirements - short-term, mid-term, and long-term material planning for material planners, material requirements analysis, and inventory turnover analysis. - Responsibility for all KPIs of the Planning Department: Inventory Turnover (quantity and value monthly overview), monthly report preparation, and presentation to the Factory Management. Continuous development and improvement of factors having a direct impact on materials management. - SAP APO factory database maintenance, development, and dealing with data accuracy. Taking ownership of analysis, control, and budget cost of direct materials and finished goods, e.g., variance in purchasing price, allocation of conversion cost to finished goods. Participating in period-end activities, forecasting factory budgets, and various financial studies and calculations. Report to the product cost manager and support financial and management reporting and other relevant financial activities. As the Financial Analyst (Product Cost) you will: - Product Cost Calculations, Variance Analysis, and Data Management - Calculating the standard cost for finished products for the annual plan and cost roll-out standard cost in SAP. Performing variances analysis in product cost with different cost categories and configurations during monthly closing/Outlook/AP. - Making monthly analysis of factory's consumption of direct materials in alignment with production team regarding variances between forecasted and actual and making related corrections in rolling forecast. - Preparation of monthly report for purchase price analysis and production variances (e.g., specification changes, yield variances) for factory level and corporate level (HQ). - Maintaining master data in SAP - costing views for materials, standard cost upload for materials, semi- and finished goods. New product cost estimate calculation and submission. - Compliance - Conducting product cost JSOX controls submission. - Performing internal stock count for Leaf, NTM, SKU, and Spare parts. - Preparing materials destruction data and process engagement. - Excise Tax report including calculation and MOEA report. - Preparing COGS and write-off reports for external (PwC/DTT) auditors. - Loss Elimination on OEE and material waste - Evaluating strategies for eliminating losses from a financial standpoint. - Assessing how loss elimination affects overall financial performance. - Providing financial insights and support in analyzing site losses. - Better to have an IWS experience. - Other - Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request.
