Taking ownership of analysis, control, and budget cost of direct materials and finished goods, e.g., variance in purchasing price, allocation of conversion cost to finished goods. Participating in period-end activities, forecasting factory budgets, and various financial studies and calculations. Report to the product cost manager and support financial and management reporting and other relevant financial activities. As the Financial Analyst (Product Cost) you will: - Product Cost Calculations, Variance Analysis, and Data Management - Calculating the standard cost for finished products for the annual plan and cost roll-out standard cost in SAP. Performing variances analysis in product cost with different cost categories and configurations during monthly closing/Outlook/AP. - Making monthly analysis of factory's consumption of direct materials in alignment with production team regarding variances between forecasted and actual and making related corrections in rolling forecast. - Preparation of monthly report for purchase price analysis and production variances (e.g., specification changes, yield variances) for factory level and corporate level (HQ). - Maintaining master data in SAP - costing views for materials, standard cost upload for materials, semi- and finished goods. New product cost estimate calculation and submission. - Compliance - Conducting product cost JSOX controls submission. - Performing internal stock count for Leaf, NTM, SKU, and Spare parts. - Preparing materials destruction data and process engagement. - Excise Tax report including calculation and MOEA report. - Preparing COGS and write-off reports for external (PwC/DTT) auditors. - Loss Elimination on OEE and material waste - Evaluating strategies for eliminating losses from a financial standpoint. - Assessing how loss elimination affects overall financial performance. - Providing financial insights and support in analyzing site losses. - Better to have an IWS experience. - Other - Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request.

WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE - Provide administrative support to factory and assistant supports to Cluster Operations Lead Taiwan with miscellaneous/assigned business. - The incumbent also assisting, controlling and driving initiatives aligned to the factory and/or Cluster Operations Lead Taiwan accountability to the organization. WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES 【General Affair Administration】 - Support the Cluster Operations Lead Taiwan on daily activities and ensure job assignments meet expectations and within deadline. - Duties include taking and transcribing minutes, developing visitors/local meeting agenda, process expense reimbursement, compose routine correspondence where appropriate, maintain records keeping, screen calls, manage appointments, create requisition or any documentations procedures. - Prepare, analyze and monitor the department's operating expense by reviewing and highlighting significant cost deviations to the Finance team. - Execution of job is done with minimum supervision, exercising discretion and sound judgement at all times. 【Visitor Management】 - Provide strong support in scheduling meetings, conference and other logistic arrangement. - Responsible for inbound and outbound visitors support on travel arrangements incl flight, visa, hotel, transportation and other arrangement. 【Document Administration & Management】 - Responsible for compilation of weekly meeting minutes, monthly GSC report & KPI, regular presentation material and any ad-hoc reports/presentation. - Set up and maintain office files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference and efficient operation of the office in accordance with the record management policy & 5S3R rules. - Conduct research, compile data and prepare information for consideration and presentation to management and staff. - This is achieved by proper and timely coordination, follow up and communication with various parties involved in work processes and end result delivery. 【Communication】 - Function in a confidential and responsible manner on work assigned. - Ensure effective and timely dissemination communication of critical information for the business with internal management, staff and external parties. - Interact with the senior level VIPs, Executives of the organization and local ExCom with professional manner. Makes plans improvements, leads and maintain Factory Building & Utilities equipment while ensuring efficiency in operations & maintenance with compliance to local laws other requirements. Provides technical supervision for the proper operation of Utilities equipment and Engineering services, according to local laws and corporate safety standards. Initiated related improvement strategies with the use of the Building Management System in our manufacturing environment to improve the factory's efficiency. Define efficient standards using the latest technology and incorporate them into projects in the area of Building & Utilities and Energy Supply in the factory. As the Technical Service and Improvement Engineer you will: - EQUIPMENT & UTILITY MAINTENANCE - Ensures the continuity of supply of all media used in the factory (e.g., steam, heat, cooling, gas, compressed air, vacuum, water, wastewater, and rainwater). Plan, manage, maintain, and improve the factory facilities and equipment. Ensure reliable and optimum performance at minimum cost while aligning with llocal lawsand other requirements. - CapEx project planning according to company strategy - Plan factory equipment & utility maintenance project together with factory maintenance team - Developed factory equipment & utility maintenance program - Manage and supervise the maintenance work execution regularly - SUPERVISE CONTRACTORS  - Supervise contractors to ensure works are performed according to specifications and JTI standards. Coordinate all planning activities, including finished goods, semi-products planning (cut filler, filters), and material planning (NTM - non-tobacco materials, leaf). Performing and optimizing short- and long-term factory plans related to the manufacturing processes. Capacity analysis preparation in terms of production sequence optimization. Dealing with the efficient NTM and FG stock at the factory warehouse. As the Planning and Procurement Associate you will: - Coordination of short-term planning - daily scheduling, production reports maintenance, planning data accuracy, and continuous support for the FG planners. - Mid-term planning - monthly plan preparation, adjustments, and review, taking into consideration variable constraints and requirements. - Long-term planning - strategic 3 years horizon APSP capacity analysis performance related to the following objectives: - capacity overview - machinery capabilities overview - planned sourcing changes coordination - Coordination of NTM and leaf requirements - short-term, mid-term, and long-term material planning for material planners, material requirements analysis, and inventory turnover analysis. - Responsibility for all KPIs of the Planning Department: Inventory Turnover (quantity and value monthly overview), monthly report preparation, and presentation to the Factory Management. Continuous development and improvement of factors having a direct impact on materials management. - SAP APO factory database maintenance, development, and dealing with data accuracy. Responsible for budget planning,  control, and variance analysis of factory production cost and capital expenditures, e.g., manufacturing overhaul expenses, production-related expenses, and depreciation. Collaborate with various functions to identify the top loss and drive PDCA for loss elimination.  Reporting to the Factory Finance Manager and supporting in financial management, reporting, and other relevant financial activities. As the Financial Analyst you will: - Budget Planning - Collaborate with factory departments to prepare a comprehensive budget plan for the next 3 years (annually), for the current year (monthly update).  - Use various financial reporting tools for uploading budget planning and reporting the business drivers of variation. - Cost Analysis and Financial Report - Responsible for month-end closing by reviewing factory budget plan execution, getting explanations from the departments in case of variance between the budget vs actual, and ensuring the completeness and reasonability of the financial report.  - Financial Performance - Financial Performance Presentation- providing the monthly financial performance narrative at the factory level and corporate level (HQ). - Participate in IWS RTT and Pillar, and closely work with various functions, identify the top losses based on financial analysis results, and drive the action for loss elimination.  - Ensure factory operation activity compliance with JTI policy and Local regulations.  - Other - Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

As the Maintenance Planner, you will: -Maintenance Planning & Scheduling -Ensure Maintenance Plans are created by IWS Maintenance Leads on Monthly/ Weekly/ Daily cycles and follow the global standard process flow for each cycle. -Ensure the outcome of the maintenance planning cycles is correctly and accurately reflected in SAP at all times. -Maintenance Backlog Management -Checks the execution of Maintenance Activities as per the latest Maintenance Plan and, together with IWS Maintenance Leads, ensures that each Production Line's "On-Hand Spare Parts Inventory" is within the target of a maximum of 30 days. -Preventive Maintenance Standards -Create and ensure the execution of the factory's Global Preventive Maintenance Standards Adoption Plan, delivering complete adoption of any new Standard in max. 3 months from their global release date. -Drive transition to Modular Preventive Maintenance Programs as per Time-Based or Condition-Based strategies (TBM/CBM) for all production lines. -Identify and communicate opportunities to improve existing Global Preventive Maintenance Standards to the Global MRO Function and TFT - ET Pilar, based on experience accumulated after execution of Global Preventive Maintenance activities. -Optimization of Local/ Global Maintenance Programs and Activities -Monthly analysis of executed maintenance activities in order to identify opportunities for creating new preventive maintenance standards (Instead of repetitive corrective/autonomous maintenance activities) or for optimizing the intervals and scope for periodical preventive part inspections (CBMs) or part replacements (TBMs). -Together with the Spare Parts Planner(s), regularly identify opportunities for factory Safety Stock reduction by implementing Preventive Maintenance Programs (TBM/ CBM). -Maintenance Training & Support to Line Teams -Regularly provide training & system support to IWS Maintenance Leads based on the latest available Global PM/MRO documentation. -EHS -Ensure health and safety aspects at work by learning about potential hazards and knowing and maintaining the required control measures to keep the workplace healthy and safe. -Ensure conformance to the JTI health and safety requirements associated with the work hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures, as well as cooperate in the continuous improvement process. -Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor, and carry out any measures to eliminate them.
