Taking ownership of analysis, control, and budget cost of direct materials and finished goods, e.g., variance in purchasing price, allocation of conversion cost to finished goods. Participating in period-end activities, forecasting factory budgets, and various financial studies and calculations. Report to the product cost manager and support financial and management reporting and other relevant financial activities. As the Financial Analyst (Product Cost) you will: - Product Cost Calculations, Variance Analysis, and Data Management - Calculating the standard cost for finished products for the annual plan and cost roll-out standard cost in SAP. Performing variances analysis in product cost with different cost categories and configurations during monthly closing/Outlook/AP. - Making monthly analysis of factory's consumption of direct materials in alignment with production team regarding variances between forecasted and actual and making related corrections in rolling forecast. - Preparation of monthly report for purchase price analysis and production variances (e.g., specification changes, yield variances) for factory level and corporate level (HQ). - Maintaining master data in SAP - costing views for materials, standard cost upload for materials, semi- and finished goods. New product cost estimate calculation and submission. - Compliance - Conducting product cost JSOX controls submission. - Performing internal stock count for Leaf, NTM, SKU, and Spare parts. - Preparing materials destruction data and process engagement. - Excise Tax report including calculation and MOEA report. - Preparing COGS and write-off reports for external (PwC/DTT) auditors. - Loss Elimination on OEE and material waste - Evaluating strategies for eliminating losses from a financial standpoint. - Assessing how loss elimination affects overall financial performance. - Providing financial insights and support in analyzing site losses. - Better to have an IWS experience. - Other - Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager's request.
