台灣科思創(德商)彰化TPU廠產線擴編增員! 主要工作內容: 1. 依照生產計畫進行原料配製、設備操作、掌握操作參數、成品包裝、品質取樣量測及操作記錄...等作業。 2. 生產異常處理及回饋，依生產狀況進行產線間協同作業。 3. 工廠5S作業、設備點檢維護、記錄並符合一級保養原則。 4. 遵守工作安全要求，並就安全、環境、品質及效率相關作業提供回饋及改善。

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Cooperate with R&D researchers to generate the technical data and services for materials promotions including customer feedback tracking. 2. Establish the knowledge and know-how in molding relevant field, and define technical standards to enable best practices in all technical areas in collaboration with INN technical lab aligning to technical parameters in customers side. 3. Assist R&D researchers to find out the RcA of customers complaint, but also hand-over of his/her specific technical work package to lab relevant colleagues (QC) for following quality tracking. 4. Foster experience exchange and promote knowledge transfer between sites within the region. 5. Provide technical training to customers about material, processing and design guideline. 6. Establish new testing method, SOP which are able to simulate real situation as close as customers in strategic key industries. 7. Knowledge of common laboratory procedures and skill and mechanical aptitude in handling laboratory equipment as well as modifying/adapting laboratory equipment for specific development programs. 8. Work together with production, product management. Assist Head of Innovation TPU APAC to manage day to day business. Value added: 1. Independently execute all project related tasks as project lead, including but not limited to: meetings and events management, data analysis & reporting, project plan and scope management, to ensure quality results. 2. Support business development with sales team in several countries of APAC, such as Taiwan, China and Vietnam including Japan. 3. Establish network of lab technical discussion with experts locating in DOR and DCP. 4. Capable person who is easy to catch up machinery more in detail acting as an expert or consultant for specific test.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Direct the process of obtaining required environment permits, licenses, and approvals, stay up-to-date with local/COV's environmental regulations and standards, coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure organization's activities are in full compliance. 主導環境許可證、執照和核准的取得流程，掌握當地/科思創的環境法規和標準，與監管機構協調以確保組織活動完全合規。 2. Responsible for regular environmental inspection of groundwater, VOC emissions, discharged water, waste storage and disposal, final treatment unit contractors, regular reporting of waste/air pollution/wastewater operations fees, prepare and submit relevant records to authority to meet regulation requirement. 定期環境盤查包括：地下水、VOC 排放、排放水、廢棄物儲存和處置、最終處理單位承包商，定期申報廢棄物/空氣污染/廢水營運費用，準備並向主管機關提交相關紀錄以符合法規要求。 3. Lead DISCOVER activities at site to consolidate, validate, prepare correct environment performance data according to Covestro reporting system and requirement, implement gap analysis and develop actions to ensure regulatory compliance and to foster Covestro's sustainability commitment. 領導現場 DISCOVER 活動: 根據科思創報告系統和要求整合、驗證、準備正確的環境績效數據，執行差距分析並制定行動方案以確保法規遵循，促進科思創的永續發展承諾。 4. Lead EA/IE (Environmental Aspect/ Impact Evaluation) workstream to implement gap analysis, defined improvement activities and objectives / targets, regular review performance and manage overall environment performance system at site. 領導 EA/IE（環境面向/影響評估）工作，執行差距分析、定義改進活動和目標，定期審查績效，管理整體現場環境績效系統。 5. Site caretaker for environment audit activities, including random and regular inspection/audit from authorities, internal audit/self-assessment from Covestro (local/regional/global), customers. 擔任環境稽核活動的場地負責人，包括：主管機關的隨機和定期內部檢查/稽核，科思創（本地/區域/全球）的內部稽核/自我評估，客戶稽核。 6. Lead site Toxic Chemical Management and Disaster Response plan, as site contact window in local toxic disaster mutual organization. Establish on-site response capabilities (plans, training, response measures and equipment, etc.) to meet regulations requirement and pass authorities' audit & drill test every year. 領導現場毒性化學品管理和災害應變計劃：擔任本地毒性災害互助組織的現場聯絡窗口， 建立現場應變能力（計劃、培訓、應變措施和設備等）以符合法規要求，通過主管機關的稽核和演練測試。 7. Lead site GHG emissions and carbon footprint verification plan, participate in evaluating and implementing various feasible waste reduction solutions. 領導現場溫室氣體排放和碳足跡驗證計劃，參與評估和實施各種可行的廢棄物減量解決方案。
