The Role
Responsible for online business of SEA Region covering Hong Kong, Singapore, Malysia and Australia (and more to be developed!), including both DTC and marketplace channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and execute all digital related activities for SEA region by working closely with APAC team, including Merchandising, Marketing and Finance teams in Taiwan.
2. Build up and maintain relationship with key partners in SEA region to form business strategy to help grow the digital business in multiple markets.
3. Plan and secure marketing exposures and activities, through paid media/platform collaboration, for each season with internal teams and local partners.
4. Develop weekly, monthly, and yearly plans, as well as creative briefs for all marketing initiatives; Work with related stakeholders to meet the business and marketing objectives.
5. Identify new business opportunities/platforms (or even offline opportunities) and develop strategies for eComm. optimization
6. Coordinate with operation and asset teams to deliver product assets on time and ensure products details are accurately presented.
7. Monitor and analyze sales, operational KPI and metrics by daily basis, make sure performance meets company’s objectives while properly delivering brand spirit.
Qualification
1. More than 6 years of eComm. experience covering both DTC and marketplace operations.
2. Good understanding of marketplace, including assortment/stock management, and fulfillment process; Experience in SEA will be a huge plus.
3. Data and number driven, with good business sense.
4. Fluency in written and spoken English.
5. Positive and can-do attitudes; Flexibility to adapt to the business needs for the new markets.
6. Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach and adheres to our one team values.
