As a Client Success Specialist, you will deeply understand customer needs, help them leverage patent data and analytical insights, and make our software product, Patentcloud, the ultimate tool for achieving their goals! [Job Responsibilities] 1. Customer Relationship Management and Business Expansion -Build long-term partnerships with customers to ensure renewals and drive upselling opportunities. 2. Be the Key Bridge Between Customers and InQuartik -Respond promptly and assist in resolving technical issues, working closely with Product Managers to track progress. -Actively participate in product optimization by proposing constructive suggestions based on customer needs and effectively communicating outcomes to build trust. 3. Knowledge Sharing and Product Education -Create and maintain a product knowledge base and user manuals, and regularly share product updates to help customers maximize the value of Patentcloud. 4. Administrative Support and Project Assistance -Perform documentation tasks assigned by supervisors and support daily team operations.
