As a Client Success Specialist, you will deeply understand customer needs, help them leverage patent data and analytical insights, and make our software product, Patentcloud, the ultimate tool for achieving their goals!
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Customer Relationship Management and Business Expansion
-Build long-term partnerships with customers to ensure renewals and drive upselling opportunities.
2. Be the Key Bridge Between Customers and InQuartik
-Respond promptly and assist in resolving technical issues, working closely with Product Managers to track progress.
-Actively participate in product optimization by proposing constructive suggestions based on customer needs and effectively communicating outcomes to build trust.
3. Knowledge Sharing and Product Education
-Create and maintain a product knowledge base and user manuals, and regularly share product updates to help customers maximize the value of Patentcloud.
4. Administrative Support and Project Assistance
-Perform documentation tasks assigned by supervisors and support daily team operations.

A strong willingness to learn about patent systems and analytics, as well as a basic understanding of law, engineering, or data, is a plus.
Empathy and excellent communication skills, excelling at building strong customer relationships.

[Working Hours]
Flexible start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM, with a 7.5-hour workday.
No work is required on makeup workdays.

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proficiency in English (TOEIC 850 / IELTS 6.0).
Strong logical thinking, communication, and execution skills.
[Preferred Qualifications]
Overseas education or work experience.
Experience in legal, management consulting, or software
Experience in digital transformation or complex sales
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), inbound marketing core concepts, and related tools.
