主要商品 / 服務項目

NI 國家儀器的產品主要依序為:軟體、GPIB儀器控制介面、DAQ資料擷取與訊號處理、PXI、VXI模組化設備、影像擷取分析辨識、馬達運動控制以及特殊的工業介面。 NI 國家儀器的圖控程式語言 LabVIEW 打破了使用者對程式語言的刻板印象,其圖形化的程式搭配人機介面易於學習並加速研發時間。只需用滑鼠簡單地拖曳圖標,就能在短時間內設計出符合客制化系統要求的虛擬儀器,而且不管是改進還是升級都非常方便。除此之外,NI有專為ANSI C、Visual Basic 和Visual C++特別設計「Measurement Studio」軟體、電腦視覺及影像處理的「IMAQ Vision」軟體、測試環境管理軟體TestStand等等。

As an Account Manager at EMERSON T&M, you will lead and inspire our top accounts to Engineer Ambitiously. You will drive impactful objectives that increases competitive advantages of our key customers, which in turn drives accelerated, balanced business growth for both the customer and EMERSON T&M. With market insight, and product knowledge, you will act as an expert connector of people, bridging subject matter experts within and outside of EMERSON T&M, with outcome of mutual wins. Through the actions that embody the above, you will build on the reputation of EMERSON T&M as a trusted partner for Business and Personal Success. This Account Manager will mainly work with TSMC and its ecosystems, reporting directly to EMERSON T&M Taiwan’s National Sales Director and dotted line to TSMC’s Senior Account Manager. You should have experiences with test instruments and familiar with semiconductor testing, having knowledge and relationship with Taiwan’s semiconductor ecosystem is a plus. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: • Identify areas that are both Large Value to customer and Great Opportunity for EMERSON T&M through due diligence done by research and networking. • Grow customer base by proactively reaching to new prospects, finding new applications where EMERSON T&M’s products and platform are a fit • Apply problem solving and project management skills to make progress in those areas of Large Value as customer objectives. • Plan and implement Account Development Strategies that convert the above objectives to actual demand as sales opportunities. • Manage, Influence and Close Sales Opportunities by understanding Business, Personal and Technical needs and connecting to the value we can provide through our systems, services and partners. • Assure the success of the objectives by managing and leveraging the right resources. • Constantly expand on the area of influence that EMERSON T&M can contribute to by engaging new groups and customer leadership. • Representing customer needs as potential at the accounts to drive internal business decisions for future investment directions. Key Skills Required • Ability to develop new customers via referrals and marketing activities. • Ability to influence customer’s needs by guiding the customer top priorities and initiatives, and address challenges, that aligns to EMERSON T&M strengths. • Proven ability to craft and lead collaborative, cross-functional teams, engaging the right people to support the account strategy. • History of positively impacting customers business objectives Who You Are: You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You keep up with current and possible future policies, practices, and trends in the organization, with the competition, and in the marketplace. You create competitive and breakthrough strategies that show a clear connection between vision and action. For This Role, You Will Need: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering from an accredited university, or above. • 3yrs+ experience as an Engineer, Marketing Engineer or Account Manager at any Test & Measurement company. • Proficient in spoken and written English. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: • Existing relationship with key decision makers at semiconductor accounts. • Knowledge of / Credibility with Semiconductor industry. • Experience using Salesforce.com to track and forecast account activities. • Hands-on knowledge of EMERSON T&M software and hardware.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Expand and Maximize Opportunities Maximize business engagement and opportunity pipeline with key technical decision makers through approaching NI capabilities and solving customer challenging situations. Manage and increase opportunity pipeline in the target accounts. Increase visibility of NI FAE to be the trusted technical advisor role. Industrial and Account Domain Expertise During the first 6 months, understand target customers’ engineering process, key concerns, technical decision-making process / criteria, and challenges. And share technical discovery of customers to target account team regular base. Strong Relationship building and expanding customer base Identify at least 3 new potential customers during the first 6 months. Working closely with sales team present the NI capabilities and strategy and product development effort in formal and on-going customer development activities. NI Professional Conduit Within 90 days, acquire and understand NI platform and offerings technically which required to develop FAE target accounts and industries. Then, able to deliver and promote NI’s technical capabilities and values professionally to key customers in NI focus applications area. Who You Are: You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships. You build constructive relationships with people both similar and different to yourself. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. For This Role, You Will Need: Undergraduate or graduate degree in in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) 8+ years total work experience of relevant Test and Measurement Industry 5+ years of relevant Semiconductor Industrial experience including: RFIC or mixed-signal IC applications in validation and production test; 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role Technical knowledge of Automated Test software and hardware platforms in general Experience communicating directly with customers and collaborating with sales closely Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in English Willingness and ability to travel within Taiwan (~50%) and occasionally to APAC and the US (~5%).
