Job Summary 崗位簡述 The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for the sales and marketing promotion of Le Cordon Bleu programs as well as driving student recruitment in their assigned region/s through the co-ordination of sales and marketing, admission activities, events and seminars, within their assigned budget. 業務副理主要負責藍帶國際學院課程項目的銷售和市場推廣工作，同時結合預算，協調指定區域內各項招生及市場活動。 Main Roles and Responsibilities 主要工作职责 Be familiar with Le Cordon Bleu programs and relevant admission procedures and visa policies 熟練掌握藍帶國際學院課程專案及相關申請流程和簽證政策 Increase student recruitment in assigned region/s in line with the company’s goals and objectives. 結合目標與預算，參與指定區域的招生工作 Co-ordinate all sales and marketing activities in line with the overall sales and marketing plan for assigned region/s. 制定整體市場行銷方案，協調各項市場與行銷活動 Participate in education trade shows and events for assigned region/s. 參加并籌畫教育展，路演，及相關品牌宣傳推廣活動 Manage a network of education agents in assigned region/s. 維護區域內教育代理合作夥伴網路 Develop relationships with key feeder schools and colleges in assigned region/s. 與區域內重點合作院校建立並保持良好關係 Answer inquiries, lead campus tours, maintain student database and follow up with applications in a timely manner and provide other related student services as required . 接受諮詢，引导校园参观，建立並維護學生資料庫，及時跟進學員申請並提供其他相關的學生服務工作 Prepare monthly reports on short course, student recruitment, events and activities and budget for assigned region/s. Reports directly to the line manager on all actual or foreseen variations to student recruitment, activities or budget in a timely fashion. 就市場行銷，招生和預算情況準備月度報表，定期向直線經理進行彙報 Represent Le Cordon Bleu in a professional manner at all times. 時刻以專業的態度代表藍帶國際學院 Monitor the use of all trade mark and intellectual property in the region/s and immediately report any suspected infringement to the Senior Marketing Manager. 參與品牌商標與智慧財產權的保護並就各類涉及品牌侵權的行為予以及時追蹤和回饋 Special Conditions Out of hours work may be required from time to time, particularly during peak periods. The employee will be required to travel within assigned region/s, which may be at short notice. 在工作繁忙時期會有一定超時工作；在週末可能會有一定出差需求 Qualifications * Diploma, Bachelor’s degree from a college or university; 大專及以上學歷 * Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 兩年以上相關行業工作經驗 * A good command of both spoken and written English. 良好的英語口語及書面寫作能力
